Has not given me refund and does not let me cancel insurance.

Do not buy an insurance from them they are scammers and its a clone website the FCA uk government also published that its a clone website

Guys don’t buy this insurance go on the fca website and check the website it shows it as a scam website that scammers are using it and are pretending to be a different company and do not buy it.

Mate recommended Gate and I am glad he did. Got a much better price than I had been paying for the last two years with my old provider. Took about ten minutes total to get sorted.

I tried getting quoted on all the comparison sites but gate insure had the best prices for newly qualified. The live chat support was lovely and quick when I asked a question-about my excess. Would definitely recommend to others!

Needed 2 weeks temporary cover to use my dads car while mine was in the garage. Smooth process from start to finish, clear pricing and documents arrived in my email inbox straight away.

cheapest quote I found by miles as a 19yo driver. Best part is not having to deal with a black box curfew or getting penalised for braking too hard. Website was easy to navigate.

ST INSURANCE I'VE BEEN WITH WITHOUT A DOUBT. ggot a massive crack in my windscreen and they were able to sort it out in a week. my polcy can with o windscreen repair excess aswell so i did not a have to pay penny.

VERY LUCKY to find them price is very reasonable

GATE INSURE has been absolutely brillian for me! set up quote in a few minutes, sentt em my no claims and haven't had a problem since. 5/5 for me.

No contact and number and were slow to answer me.

Took about 9 days for mid to change to insured, I mean yeah they're a broker but still could have better processing and support.

Took 2 policies out with gate insure. Both policies are Red (un insured) on mid database even after weeks. The support is horrendous. The live chat is useless and you’ll never get connected to an agent. The online portal is absolutely useless. You can’t make changes not even the slightest as you’ll get a message “ contact support to make this change”. I sold my vehicle and I went on the portal to cancel the policy, the portal being soooo useless it can’t even cancel a policy, anyways ended up contacting support through email. They cancelled my policy 6 days later after I sold my vehicle and they also charged me for that too. I couldn’t imagine dealing with a claim on this company. Price was fair but support is horrendous. If they want to thrive they need the support to be active and the online portal to actually help people

Very competitive rates, got insured for my dad and myself

Can't seem to setup additional driver in my portal, I had to contact them and the price they wanted for additional was ridicule's, my mum is older and more experienced than me and it costs more to add her than it is for me?!!!

Made a claim and only after 2 months do they get in contact with the other driver I crashed into, the claims process is slow.. I was made aware that they paid for damages and what not but I expected a deeper investigation, the other driver was adding and complaining about more things which were not true.

Love and hate them haha. Great price just took a little long to get everything processed i had to keep emailing, if they make the support better then definitely 5 stars everything else checks out. Also my underwriter is known for being terrible but i wont complain as i got a good price tbf
