Une semaine avant l’événement toujours pas de places.
Nous avons appelé le service client qui nous a informé avoir un soucis dans l’impression des tickets. Mais que nous allions les récupérer avant le grand prix.
Un jour avant, un e mail nous expliquant gentiment que nous n’aurons pas les places.
Un simple remboursement, aucune compensation financière.
Le site se permet même de mettre de faux avis pour noyer les vrais commentaires comme nous.
Expérience désastreuse.

No issues
Ordered general admission tickets for Monza using this site as tickets were still available and well priced. Whilst the ticket PDFs that were shared with us seem very plain and lacking the F1 branding I have seen on past tickets for races I have attended, the tickets were valid and we had no issues entering the track each day.

Amazing experience at the Monza GP
Everything was amazing! Bought my ticket for the Monza Grand Prix, had the best day of my life! I received the tickets 2 weeks before the race, with the timetables and a possible « Monza guide ». Such a great experience!

Great experience all round
Booked our Italian f1 gp tickets a year in advance. Tickets arrived via email about 14 days before event. Easy to download and print.
I emailed company with a few questions and they replied very quickly.

Great organization, excellent logistic from train station to track and back, fun everywhere... Fantastic feeling at all. Just try to "pressure" italians to improve General Admission areas, half of it don't worth a 1€

Scam for monza gp
They told us two days before the race that their provider gave thwm the wrong tickets...we asked them to upgade us with a small cost because we came from Greece only for this and we had already prepaid the flight and the hotel...thei mistake costs us over 1000€!of course we are going to sue them
