Absolutely disgraceful. We bought our Formula 1 tickets six months in advance, with GP1’s so-called guarantee that we would have them. Two days before the event, they suddenly emailed us saying they didn’t have tickets. TWO DAYS. Then they strung us along for another day, pretending to look for a “solution,” only to finally confirm the day before the race that we would not be getting anything except a refund.

Imagine booking everything ; travel, hotel, time off and finding out the day before that the “dream of a lifetime” is now impossible because of their lies and incompetence. It wasn’t just us, it happened to hundreds, maybe thousands of customers.

GP1 doesn’t answer emails, their phone goes straight to voicemail, and all they send are generic mass emails with zero accountability. This is not a service, it’s a scam. They caused immense stress, financial loss, and destroyed what was supposed to be an unforgettable experience.

Do yourself a favor: NEVER buy from GP1. They are unreliable, dishonest, and absolutely unprofessional. A company that treats its customers this way should not exist.

Great experiencia, too long the lines to public transport

Amazing experience, loved how close you can be to the track. Just wish there was more drink places/food as the queues were very long. Also better signage to where general admission could go

The staff where really friendly and incredibly helpfull with regards to ticket upgrades. The expierence itself was fantastic the public transport while being quite crowded was good in getting to and from the track. The facilities where great like: free water and sunscreen. The seats themselves where fantastic you could a really good view of the starting grid and the cars.
