Very disappointed with service so won’t be using you again.
I bought tickets 6 1/2 months before event only to be told the day before event that order has been cancelled.
I lost over £1000 in flight and accommodation costs as I had no tickets to GP.

Scam
We had booked our tickets back in March, and the payment was made directly. Since we had already arranged our trip for the race, we booked flights and a hotel in Milan. Two days before the race, we received a message saying that they had not managed to secure our tickets, that it was not their fault, and that they had no responsibility whatsoever for the situation.
To keep it short, the result was that they simply refunded the ticket amount but did not take any responsibility for the inconvenience, nor for our flights and hotel costs. We went to Milan without being able to attend the race, running to the Monza circuit hoping to secure any last-minute tickets, but of course there were none available since the event was sold out.Essentially, we ended up making a trip that resulted in a waste of time and money, without any outcome. We will be pursuing every possible course of action against them so that they compensate us for the flights, the hotel, and the time we lost. This was a trip we would never have taken if it hadn’t been for the Grand Prix.

Abbiamo comprato i biglietti per il GP di Monza ad aprile, li abbiamo pagati, abbiamo ricevuto la fattura subito, ma i biglietti hanno detto che sarebbero arrivati 10 giorni prima del GP. I biglietti non sono mai arrivati. Ci é arrivata una mail due giorni prima del GP comunicandoci che i biglietti non erano disponibili e di procedere alla richiesta di rimborso.

Broker with extremely high margin, very expensive tickets.
Good thing is, that I entered the show. Ticket to GP Italy on Monza worked.
The bad thing is, that the ticket I bought from gp1tickets.com was 3 times more expensive than ticket I could get from Monza Autodromo site. I paid to gp1tickets 255,-EURO, the same ticket I could get for 85,-EURO directly from Monza Italy site. My pity, I've learned from my mistake.

Non acquistate assolutamente biglietti da questo sito. Ho acquistato come tantissime altre persone i biglietti per il GP di monza (432€!) e i biglietti non mi sono mai arrivati. Inviano mail di rassicurazione sul rimborso che non è mai arrivato. State alla larga TRUFFA
aggiornamento al 30/09/2025:
il sito gp1tickets ha risposto alla mia recensione dicendo che il rimborso é stato eseguito invece é tutto falso. Alla mia richiesta di mandarmi evidenza del rimborso non hanno risposto, dicono di chiedere alla mia banca (che non sa nulla) questa é un presa in giro dall’inizio alla fine. Faró denuncia alle autoritá. Numero del mio ordine: 1356335

We had a very good experience
We had a very good experience. Tickets arrived by e-mail three weeks before the event and seats were great. Since they are reseller the price is higher as compared to official channels. But I was aware of it. Tickets are not refundable thus better you buy the flex option just in case.

Une annulation de billets 24h avant le grand prix alors que nous étions déjà sur place pour des billets commandés depuis 6 mois.
Je déconseille ce site pour ne pas vous faire avoir par un surbooking…
