The Race ( Monza) was amaizing, well organized

I wish I could give zero stars. Please please please DO NOT purchase from this company! I purchased tickets in March for the Monza GP for September only to be in Monza (hotels & flights bought) and the day before the event be told they have no tickets for me… zero customer care and honestly the biggest let down ever. Stranded in Monza and money essentially stolen from me. Why sell tickets you do not have? I know now I am not the only person this happened to. My biggest fear came true. Do not trust them! They advertise “100% ticket guarantee” … explain to me how that is possible after this happening to me? I believe majority of the good reviews are bought by the company and fake. They also removed the trustpilot reviews from their website so that you don’t see these. Please do not give them any money!

I got my tickets for F1 experience in Monza through the gp1tickets.com website. Tickets was delivered to me few weeks before the event. All went smoothly and easily. Monza experience was amazing. F1 race, fan zone and old cars exhibition exceeded my expectations.

Received tickets well in advance - maybe two months prior the race. No issues with entering the track. Tickets were reasonably priced. I had a question after paying the tickets, got answer in less than 24 hours.

We purchased F1 tickets through GP1Tickets and suffered a loss of more than €1,000. The tickets were never delivered, even though their own terms guarantee delivery at least 10 days before the event. The hotline was practically unreachable and we were strung along until just two days before the race, when it was already impossible to cancel flights or hotels. The financial loss was inevitable.

No transparency: No company address, no legal imprint, no valid invoices. This breaches EU and UK consumer law (e.g., §5 TMG, Companies Act 2006).

Some signs of fraud: Later buyers received tickets, while earlier customers like us did not. It appears tickets are deliberately withheld and resold at higher prices.

Hiding from responsibility: If anything goes wrong, you will never see your money again. The operators hide their identity and can hardly be held accountable. No legitimate company would conceal itself and rely on just one support agent for thousands of customers.

Fake reviews: They even send emails promising a “chance” to get F1 2026 tickets in exchange for 5-star Trustpilot reviews. Don’t trust the positive ratings, they are probably bought or manipulated.

- We have already reported the case to EU and UK authorities. Similar cases (e.g., Viagogo) show that such breaches are taken seriously. The more victims come forward, the faster regulators will act.

GP1Tickets violates multiple laws, deceives its customers, and will eventually face legal action. Avoid this site at all costs.....you risk losing thousands of euros.

I purchased Italian f1 tickets in March and was told I would receive within 10 days of race day on the 4/9/25 I receive a email telling me there where no tickets and a refund would be on its way by this time we had already drove a 1000 miles from uk to monza booked a campsite and f1 parking.i had to buy 2 general admision tickets for a £1037 on a Italian website

I purchased 4 tickets for the Monza GP six months in advance, and only two days before the event I was notified that the tickets would not be delivered. The customer service is practically non-existent, and the replies I received were irrelevant and seemed to be automated messages. There are much better and more reliable websites available, and I would not recommend this one.

They are 100% legit and offering b2b tickets! I personally received my tickets 3 weeks prior to the race (ordered them previous year). Their support responds shortly. I rate them with 3 stars, for two reasons. Firstly, the tickets are ~30% more expensive compared with these from the circuit. Secondly, a lot of people havent received their tickets, which raised concerns even for me who had already received the tickets. I may consider purchasing from them again because the higher price does not secure your tickets and does not give any additional benefits. They should work on improving their reputation and ensuring that the higher price is justified.

I bought Green Access tickets for the F1 Monza Italy race back in March. They initially said we would receive the tickets one month before the event. I emailed them, and they replied saying we would get the tickets five days before the race. The surprise came just one day before the race when they informed us that they no longer had tickets for us and would refund our money. This happened even though our flights and accommodation in Italy were already paid for. I do not recommend them!

Got my tickets well in advance. Everything went as planned during 2025 Italian GP !

My tickets were canceled for the Monza F1 on the day before we were due to travel, I lost my flight money and hotel expenses for 3 of us, reason given their supplier had not come through with the tickets, absolute disgrace we had been planing this trip for months, my wife and daughter were so upset!! trip completely ruined.

GP1 tickets made experience of purchasing and attending Italian GP really easy. Answered questions I had prior to attending which took the stress away from the trip

The ease of buying the tickets was amazing and absolutely no issues getting the tickets well before the race so we could get them printed as we were travelling prior to the race.
