Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. Wouldn't even give them one star if I had the choice. Completely unprofessional, disgraceful attitudes. Keep you on hold and pass you back and forth through departments just to wind the time down till they close and their phone lines go dead. You ask to speak to a manager and simply get told no, even tho it's made clear how imperative the situation is. Any so called manager you do speak to isn't actually a manager because they have no authority and no sway over anything they're there to just shut you up.
There isn't a single person who you can understand completely, they have no heart and take nothing into consideration other than how much money they can get from you. They take money from your account without authorisation, they lie to you just to get you off the phone, they mute the call and leave you sat there just so you'll hang up.
I generally and honestly think this is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Would not recommend to anyone who's reliant on an honest and respectful car insurer. The worst of the worst.

Do not use this company absolutely…
Do not use this company absolutely useless my car got deemed a total loss and they afford me 1440 for the car the wanted to deduct 800 pound excess fee and i couldnt buy my car back like what the hell is even the point of bieng insured with these guys i can sell this car the way it is with the cat for 2500 pound absolute mockrey this company then when you make a claim every single department has a diffrent number STRONGLY ADVISE do not use this company !!

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I am on second year with this company and I made a claim for my windscreen, is more then 1 month and I don’t have any answer. I call them many times and I send them emails also but they just ignore it.
