The worse Insurance broker ever , don’t deal with this people they just suck your money , and they taking your money from your bank account even though when the policy is canceled. Thief’s

They are the worst insurance company I have ever seen. Poor customer service and poor communication. They cancel insurance without any tangible reason and their staff refuses to own up to their mistakes nor even an apology.

Highly Not Recommended . I Have No Words But if i Can SumUp in one Word So They Are Cheaters big Cheaters .
And They Have Only One Black Lady In Staff .

They have cancelled my policy without any reason and when i try to confirm why you cancel my policy they said we cant tell this, its belongs to the technical department and technical department is not available to respond. They actually dont know anything. After 3 days they send me email that we cancel your policy by mistake. Now i goes to other insurer now these people not giving me the NCB. Dont go with this. I want to give them less then 1 star.

Very poor and frustrating experience

This insurance company offers cheap and unreliable service. When I had an accident, they refused to pay out and kept passing me between different departments every time I called. The entire process was extremely frustrating, and I personally had a very bad experience with them. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone.

I have had an awful experience with Got2Insure. Despite providing evidence to support a non-fault claim, they forced me to declare it as a fault claim, resulting in significantly higher premiums. Even worse, after the claim was officially decided in my favor, they refused to issue a refund. For over 12 weeks, my complaints were ignored, and their unprofessionalism is truly shocking. Avoid this company at all costs if you value honesty and fair treatment!

Use less don’t go with this insurance company at any cost .

This is the worst insurance you will ever get with.
8 month since I they took my car after an accident and till now I haven’t receive an offer from them or even get my car back.
Stay out from this company

Had an accident 15 days ago. I called, Whatsapped, Emailed. And yet i still don't even have a REFERENCE number for my claim. Nobody calls back, or even responds to emails. All is good until you have an accident. Pay more elsewhere, dont try saving money at Got2insure. You'll end up losing it.

Worst company ever stay away from them

This is an insurance company that should be avoided at all cost especially for international drivers, They are very dishonest they skip ropes and try so hard in any angle to run away from their obligations that makes me wonder why they make people pay so much only to be told your car is under valued if something happens. On my case I used this service for only 3 weeks and the value of my car dropped from £1, 600 when I joined this insurance company to less than £500 and without anyone accessing my car they said we are writing it off because there's nothing this insurance company would do to help. I then wrote them an email telling them I want to cancel my direct debit and put a stop to it they responded 3 days letter with a 7day notice which they called me and could not get a response from me due to the nature of my work I called them back only to get my calls dropped. They made sure I got trapped in the the 7day ultimatum and they penalised me for default now they want me to pay the full premium with interest being added each letter with an ultimatum come with a final notice fee. They are so serious in making sure you fail. My advice this insurance company should be avoided at all cost it's a fugazi company full of crooks deceptive and deviant.

Got2insure has lovely staff member but the service of the company as such as not great.
- I had an accident and I received help with roadside assistance 3 days later. They didn't have my documents up to date on the system, had to wait for hours to just talk to someone and had to be on phone the whole day for those 3 days just for them to let me know that there was a glitch in their system update.
- They have frequent issue with their ''system'', hence, the service is slow. A lady named Pheuzo was kind enough to sort this out for me, I cant express the amount of frustration and helplessness this made me go through in that period of time.
- I had to change my address and had to wait for a month for them to get back despite frequent messages and calls in between to get in touch with them. At last, a lady named Wendy was able to help me.

I was in a car accident approx 3 weeks ago… I have had 0 communication and not 1 welfare check although they are quite aware I am pregnant.

I had to notify them of my cars whereabouts, Instruct them to remove my car as it had been there 2.5 weeks and have had to call every day for a couple of hours to try and get an update which I still have not received…..

I have been without transport and am now unable to start my new job due to negligence of my insurance company I am also having to seek medical advice due to severe stress!

I have just had a lively email stating my claim had been asked to put on hold baring in mind they only started looking at it yesterday… ( yes nearly a month after my accident).

I’m severely upset, distressed and completely let down by got2insure and Davies brothers. I wouldn’t recomend them going forward.

Hopefully this gets sorted before the birth of my child although at this point it is very doubtful!

They don’t give you all advice that you need to know

Please avoid this insurance I was with them for a year and their service was terrible . I crashed my car and waited months for them to do something and nothing was done , they would not answer my calls as well I was waiting around for months and still no reply, I was left without no car or answered for months .

They are robbers and they think they can manipulate people easily by not informing information about your insurance and without informing they cancelling insurance,they ask irrelevant documents which is even not shown on agreement everytime have to wait for 3 hours long to communicate with them and at last you get no outcome from them.service is pathetic and I insist don't go for this provider in future ever.

I've been on hold now for 3 hours! From 19th caller to 1 and 1 has been a good 45 mins what's that about?
