The lady whom I spoke to was so rude I have to ask her to be calm and listen what clarification I needed. I am very very sorry to say this. I think she is from abroad not from United Kingdom.She does not have any idea how to treat customers not even a clue I am thinking twice.

Took a car and went on the trip in EU
Took a car and went on a trip in EU, car was set on fire in Sweden ( god knows how ) and had to fly back home really upset, contacted got2insure to put my claim in place but they said to me that they believed it was deliberate 😱 started questioning my job and provided them with proof then they came up with I’ve been cancelled before by other insurer with out giving me any details or proof of it, therefore they just cancelled my policy and ignored my claim, I’m absolutely devastated 👎👎👎

Cancelling a policy is a last resort. We will only cancel a policy if we have confirmation of any deliberate or reckless misrepresentation from the policy holder and we are not able to offer cover.
Unfortunately, there has been confirmation of misrepresentation on the records. We have had confirmation of a previous policy cancellation which was not disclosed at the inception of the policy.
If you or anyone acting for you deliberately or recklessly misrepresents information or fails to reveal facts we have asked when taking out the policy, making changes to it, or at renewal and this affects the terms and conditions or the decision to offer cover, your policy and any other policies you have with us will be cancelled or voided immediately without further notice.
We're sorry to see this happened to you and wish you the best in finding alternative insurance elsewhere.
