i was 3 hours on the phone to speak to someone to change the car, from caller number 17 to 1, soon as reached 1 the call hangup, what a absolutely terrible service, and i tried next day same thing again. i would suggest people to avoid this company. only the way is now cancelling the direct debit i guess.

What does it mean if your company is dormant?

Your company may be considered dormant if it is not currently carrying out any business and it does not have any other sources of income, including investment income.

At least they should let the customers know that they are not trading or company is closed. now people like myself will have difficulty to swap the car over. that really annoying.

Not happy with customer service , they are not ready to give me NO claim bounds letter after completing one year .

I've called them this week and have waited on the phone for over 2 hours, and I'm not joking, over 2 hours just to ask a question. Absolutely pathetic and unbelievable.

Over 3 hours wait I've had now just to talk to an agent about a change in policy, absolutely disgusting.

Trying to call them for 3 days !
Sent 20 emails !
Is anyone even working there ????

Please dont waste your time with this insurance they are very rude and are fully scammers they will ignore your calls and they restrict you from your rights and tell you that you cant do this and that they are scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no one to pickup at Customer Service number mentioned, I have waited almost an hour for two days and no response. My call is on waiting all the time

been with this since my first car called today to change transfer my insurance to different vehical bcz sold the other lady goes she cant transfer it and when i ask for the reason why u cant do she dont hv an answer STAY AWAY from this company

My previous review was removed for whatever reason so i am sending out another review to make potential customers aware of how bad this company is. I notified Got2insure of an minor accident between my car and another vehicle, both parties reversed into each other. No party was making a claim as there was no damage but out of courtesy i notified Got2insure, biggest mistake i made. They took away my NCD even though no claim was made. I emailed them soooo many times and called sooo many times but no one had an explanation why they took away my NCD. Their own agents just said they didnt know and directed my call elsewhere, this went on for several months. I even contacted the company Resolve to look into it but they were also ignored. The ignorance of this company is shocking! They take your money then literally ignore you when a problem arises. If anyone in this company actually gave me an explanation as to why my NCD was taken i would have not taken this further but they dont even have the courtesy to do that. i can upload all the emails from the company Resolve and myself to this company and their non existent responses as evidence.

It was a nice experience but in your company it’s not possible do any chance by website or app. That’s the only bad thing i seen

I got involved in an accident when socially going too a place where I work at too play golf and they have denied me a payout for no reason

Don’t go near this company got ran off the road by another driver .
Our car is still in the road where the crash happened 3 weeks later .
Was lied to after been told it had been picked up.
Also would not provide a courtesy car even after paying extra premium for one . CCTV given to them to prove non fault still not interested.

I took out my insurance and paid in full July 23.
Sadly on Sept 5th I had to make a claim due to a hit and run driver smashing into the passenger side of my vechile with my terminally I'll and stroke ridden mother inside. We spend 2 nights in hospital and have become more anxious and worried about anything related to the car.
I gave a few days grace after initially reporting the collision.. but still hadn't heard nothing from the insurance or underwriters. So I began to chase.. upon every single call I spoke to the incompetent and stupid staff members. At no point have any of the staff took the initiative of sorting the claim. At every stage from repairs, to the police report, to the council cctv request I have had to find the information such as numbers and emails for there team to follow up with, do I now work for got2insure? Even after giving clear instructions on what needs to happen I've still gotten nowhere, and every time I've chased the company I'm promised call backs which have never happend, I've been told differing information from different staff. I've got staff members promising to send the appropriate emails and calls , but when following up, no record of the actions ever been taken.

You have now left me with no money, no car, no claim.

Not only that due to the accident and the pure lack of care and urgency my terminally I'll mother has now had to delay her life saving/prolonging treatment? Who will I have to blame then?
And no I can't rely on the ambulance service, cause they wouldn't even arrive at the scene of the incident. Nore did they arrive when my mother had a stoke. I rely heavily for the purpose of my mother staying alive on being able to drive.
Yet I'm here doing there job! To which they havnt even slightly helped.
I'm currently waiting for a manager to call me by 1pm latest.

I found a cheaper price with this company competed to the others. im a new driver when I tried to do my first insurance the minimum price from the other companies was crazy over 20k a year, with this company I found a nice price compered to the others and I really appreciate that .

Absolutely shocking took out insurance end September and last Saturday when I called to change car thay couldn’t even find my account so hd to send in the docs to them then Monday call to change my car due to them when Thay emailed me to say thay hve found my account and to change car call so I did at 12pm everything went through and car was insured not even 2hs later I get a email saying my insurance has been cancelled as of now call up to be told a problem with me and the underwriter ( yet same as when started policy) to be told thay have cancelled it due to a cancellation with them yet this was the first time being with that underwriter and with the other car the lady even happly said if there was a problem it would not of gone through so why now no explanation as it seams with meny reviews I’ve Sean on here seams like thay like to take ur money and cancel and what’s p…. Me of even more is I cancelled my temporary insurance due to actually sorting it out with got2insure I will not be useing ore recommendation you to any one don’t get me wrong the 3 lady’s I spoke to was fine this company is a joke yet u still expecting me to pay the £75 cancellation fee when the problem is you lot funny thing is my new insurance is the same underwriter guss what I have had not a problem and I have the docs so please tell me were the problem lies as from where I see it u was happy to take my large deposit lest on plus side u hve lost out getin ur first payment plz read all comments before actually taking out a policy with them wish I did
