Gorilla Sports UK Arvostelua 

No movement on my order and no status comms. I only learnt after I paid that the gear comes from a Germany and may be in more than one shipment. I have no idea when I will get it

I have been asked by Gorilla Sports UK to leave a review, however I am yet to receive my order which was placed on 29th December, or any response to my follow up email.
The money was taken from my account weeks ago, which included approximately £10 for delivery, but I haven't heard anything since my confirmation email except for the email asking me to write a review and have not received what I ordered.

I've received more requests to submit a review than I have had feedback from the supplier on an item that hasn't been delivered since I ordered it 1 month ago.

I’ve still not received the weight plates

Not good. Still missing half my order and getting any update on when I will be getting it!

The communication was not clear. Bought something for quick delivery..... 10 days ago and now still no sign of delivery. Received an email talking about Brexit and that stuff will only come in batches.... Brexit has happened quite a while ago. I would expect that you know your logistics a bit better

Good value, easy to use due to integrated handles. Packaging not very study, though no damage occurred.

I ordered a jumping rope and it literally arrived 2 days later. While buying it I select the free shipping option. It said that it will be 9-15 business days. The package was very small so there was practically no waste.

Decent quality product but delivery was very late ( took a month when the advertised date was 7-10 days - missed Xmas which given it was a present was not great .

Ordered over a month ago and still yet to be delivered. I have contacted customer support twice and while they were quick to respond, little to no information was given. Both times I was informed delivery is still in customs, despite asking both times they have still not given me an estimated delivery date.

No warning was given that deliveries would take this long when ordering. Won't be using service again.

Shocking company. Didn't receive the weight bench until weeks after purchase. Wanted to return due to the substantial wait, cost for me to return would be £115 for the courier. They informed me of reasonably local drop off point (35 miles away) Decided to drive over to drop off and save myself the £115. Arrived at the depot to be told they do not accept parcels from Gorilla Sports as they never collect them and end up stuck in their warehouse. Wasted journey. Emailed to ask for an alternative address, they provided one miles away, with no option but to use a courier. Now stuck with a weight bench that I can't get rid of.

Only received part of my order which was ordered in November as a Christmas present, no phone to contact on only unhelpful email traffic saying my order has been dispatched but no tracking number for the missing parcel.

Fast delivery, good quality, good communication with the customer.

Still waiting for item to arrive in UK , having to chase them with emails as they have not seen fit to contact me first, no reason or excuse for the delay

Don’t ask for feedback before you deliver the product!

They promised 7-10 days it’s been 15 so far no feedback from them only generic messages sent twice in one week , hasn’t left me filed with confidence

Ordered about two weeks ago and had to change my address, customer service was really quick to reply and did the necessary changes so that I can receive my order. Super friendly and courteous!

Quick to answer and sort queries. Delivery tracking provided. Excellent customer service.

I am so frustrated. Been trying to cancel an order placed in error since yesterday. Cannot raise anyone via phone, email, Twitter or Facebook. Just dreadful.

Updated. Whilst the first email I sent was shortly before 5pm, I did also contact you the next day via various sources during business hours and I am glad to say that we sorted it in the end. Thank you.

Update 19 January: arrgh: I’ve received an email saying that the order I cancelled over a month ago cannot be stopped despite the assurance below from Gorilla Sports that it had been stopped. I really could do without this! Not impressed.
