I booked an extremely cheap flight from midwestern America to New Zealand and it was such a good deal I was able to convince so friends to join my wife and I! I always look forward to these emails even if I rarely book anything — because it only takes one booking like this every 3 or 4 years to get my money’s worth. Plus, seeing all the potential travel options in my inbox daily really does brighten the day.

I've been a long time member, first free, now Elite. Always great deals both return and one way. At times huge savings. The best customer care service on the internet. Quick response, no patent phrases that say nothing politely, real actual help and suggestions. Refreshing. I have forwarded deals to friends who became members. If you love to travel, this is one of the sites you need to use.

People think that this is glorified Google prices alerts. It is exactly not that. These people painstakingly watch thousands of routes on top tier airlines. They aren’t bargain basement hunting. I fly to Europe regular on $500 or less economy fares because of going paid alerts. It’s worth every penny.

I’ve loved Going since it was Scott’s cheap tickets. We took an amazing trip to Australia on 2018 because of them and now we are doing a family Eurotrip this summer too. Thanks Going!

When I had questions, they responded in a resonable amount of time. I would truly appreciate it if I could speak with an engilish speaking person to get answers to my questions immediately.

We love using Going for international trips. We are excited to visit our third country as a family-we wouldn't be able to afford it if not for Going!

I canceled on 10/2/2024 and still got charged $49 on 11/1/2024. There is no way to really cancel so don't even start!!!

I've been using Going since 2018/2019 and have always found it to be a trustworthy resource for finding reasonable flights across the world! I've used it twice for trips within the US and just booked my first international flight based off of one of their deals to a bucket list destination! Going pays for itself if you use it even once!

I asked a specific question, knowing there’s no “crystal ball” but wanting Goings opinion on ticket buying. They actually returned my request and I appreciated it!

Although I indicated that I wanted tickets to Puerto Rico for 2 passengers, when I selected the fare and agency on the Google website, it kept changing the number of passengers to 1. So gave up and cancelled my automatic Going renewal for November 2025.

Have had a subscription for many years, always had good customer service, was able to save lots of money through a mistake fare that got sent out!

We are OG Scott's Cheap Flights / Going Member for a decade now!

It's nice to have someone watching all the deals out there. I'm never quite sure where I might want to go, and a good deal can tip me into a particular place.

That said, I had a very tough year with family health stuff and work. I didn't really have time to travel, and it's not letting up. So, I didn't use any of the deals.

But then... my subscription renewed. I'd pretty much forgotten about it. So, I contacted them and asked them to please cancel it and refund my renewal.

And, you know what? They said "sure." And did. No hassle. No argument. No "but our policies!".

As a result, I may very well resubscribe when my travel flexibility opens up, and I'm happy to leave a good review for them.

I don't understand why all businesses don't behave this way.

The site is easy to use and Going always sends thoughtful deals with detailed explanations (if there are certain requirements when you plan the trip like dates, extra fees, meals, recommendations) that made me feel comfortable about spontaneously booking a flight they flagged!
