I don't want to use the ap. I appreciate the links I'm getting, and I'm fine if you show me ads, but not giving me direct links to Google Flights sucks.

They find great flight deals. I just booked Chicago yo Brussels fir $367 round trip

I often check Going and have used its notifications to buy airfare at least 6 times. My city is notoriously more expensive to fly out of. But i got AMAZING deals through notifications. In 2 years I’ve bought tickets R/T from ROC to: Cuba, Ireland, Atlanta, germany, Montana, Mexico. And was informed that airlines have sales on miles rewards. Which got me to Borneo and will to Sri Lanka in a month!

A great way to find out about cheaper fares to places you want to visit and places you didn't know you wanted to visit.

This is the first time I booked a flight through Going and I’m so excited to be able to try flying Business Class to Europe for less than half the normal price on a mistake fare! I appreciated the reminder that even international airlines from the US have the 24-hr rule where you can cancel for a full refund if you decide it won’t work out after all.

The booking button was quick and I was glad Going had advised booking directly with the airline as there were other options listed. However, when I first read that advice, I was confused as to whether they meant I should actually log in to the airline website to book. Then I saw the list of options and chose the airline offer. Because Going had said to use the Book button to get the deal, it was confusing at first to also advise to book directly with the airline. I’m just saying this piece of the guidance might be made a little clearer.

I also had a glitch with Lufthansa kicking me out of my order after I had fully completed the booking up to payment, because it thought I might be a bot. I was using a VPN, so I turned it off and started all over. So glad there were no issues the second time and seats were still available! It would be helpful to have that caution from Going before trying to book.

But overall Going found a great deal and provided detailed guidance on booking. Fingers crossed the mistake fare doesn’t get cancelled! Thanks Going!

I've subscribed to Going since it was Scott's Cheap Flights. I find them to be trustworthy and have replied to my messages quickly and considerately.

I get great information to help me plan my travel. Just booked a trip to Paris for only 18k points. Would never have found that on my own and it didn’t show up with any other travel company. Love the flexibility in airports to monitor and ease of configuring exactly what I am interested in for travel.

Always love the deals from Going! I don't have the time to scan Google Flights all the time, so Going does it for me, and then when an deal email pops into my inbox, I can decide if I want to book it.

Fast reply and quick recognition of the cause of my issue. Also, provided compensation via additional months membership for missed period of deal notifications.

Going does exactly what it says it will do. I get emails every week(ish) with flight deals. The deals are clearly defined so I can quickly decide if I care or not. My only criticism as that I think they have too many different "membership levels" and it's not completely clear what the advantages are of each one. But its a solid product at a reasonable price.

I enjoy looking at the air fares, and dreaming about trips I want to take. I have only purchased once and it was a good flight at a good price. Will continue to use it.

I have booked multiple cheap flights using Going and tell all my friends to sign up. I have book multiple flights to Europe for under $500 and just got back from Fiji for $600! But there is one thing I don't like about Going... they keep sending me great deals when I've already maxed out my vacation time this year! So much temptation.

I travel a lot and Going always has great offers! I recently was able to snag round trip tickets to Taiwan for a trip later this year I already planned and paid for at a great price because of one of the alerts! Cannot wait to go on this trip!

Had a budget I wanted to stay within. Being able to track deals from multiple airports to multiple locations paid off and I found a deal that kept me within my budget, plus we get to visit an extra country for no extra cost.
