I've never had a problem with globe life. When I had a
question it was answered with knowledge and respect.
Using the website is very customer friendly.

No matter how you pay your premiums,
Globe gives plenty of advance notice your
premium is coming due. And with options
of how many months you care to pay.
Affordable plans!

0 stars would be preferred for this company. Bought a home policy for 6 months paid up front. I received my policy contract. Then a few weeks later I receive a bill. I called to talk to customer service they claim they never received payment. Then how do you send out a policy, For non payment? I sent them the info that they did receive and cashed my check.
I asked them to cancel it and send my money back. My request was denied. Claiming ( premiums paid during the policy period are considered earned by the company for coverage provided). I have been loyal customer for over 15 years. I'm done with this company! I will not renew.!

They have made significant upgrades to their website. The site is very user friendly. It is easy to make payments. I’ve been a customer for many years, I’m glad to see improvements being made.

After not being able to contact company by phone (2 #s),4 emails, and getting kicked off website numerous times, I was greeted by a wonderful, cheerful and informed representative. I explained my frustration and my reason for calling. She was apologetic for the issues, answered my questions, explained why it was best to keep my policy as it was and just so nice to engage with her.
Her name was Kadeesha (?spelling) and she's a real keeper and deserves a raise.

When I finally reached a live person -after about 45 minutes of jumping through computer hoops - the agent was halpful although she tried to convince me to get mu son or granddaughter to take over the policy because of the low premium. Thile this was a good idea, neither of them was with me and I did not want togo through the wait cycle again. You need more staf fto answer questions.

I fell behind in my payments due to unexpected medical issue, they were kind and patient. Thankfully I was able to bring everything current. The rep was a pleasure to deal with

The agent informed me the wrong birth date was on the policy and informed me of the corrections that was needed.

Once I got to speak to a representative my experience was great! The wait time to actually get to speak with a representative needs improvement please.

I have 4 policies with this company. Unfortunately I have lost my job and when i called to cancel and get my money back from my premiums, i was informed that i had to have the policy for 25 years. 1 I have never used them, 2 when the lady that signed us up at the fire department she stated after a year that money would be available to us if we ever had to cancel the policies. They own me a lot of money and refuse to give it back. They clam to give it back if you never utilize it. Which is bs. Don’t get roped into this lie.

Update. 06/23/2026 So called customer service and they gave me the royal run around. Basically, saying they were going to keep my money if i cancelled my policies. Refused to work anything out.

I have worked hard to maintain junk mail free . The first thing they did was sell my address. It was just days after i first interacted with them before i started getting junk mail envelopes from assorted suspicious co.s. Then they denied me after skimming a ton of honest answers to very long range and personal medical questions out of me. The reps were slow and more or less unfamiliar with the system

Trust worthy, service great and dependable, reasonable insurance for my great grand children for years to come .

I dislike constantly inputting routing number every payment. Other than that love the website.
