Cable took a long time to arrive, no communication of changes, I had to constantly reach out or no one would reach out to me. Would not recommend and probably will never buy here again.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had for a purchase online. I ordered a ground wire for my sub panel as well as an additional 150 feet worth of 2-2-2 cable. The ground wire came in within a week or 2. The rest of the wire has taken a month now and still has not shown up. Customer service continues to tell me they will reach out to the distributor and let me know what the progress is on my order, but they never do. Finally, after the 2nd or 3rd time calling, I got a tracking number which later showed that it was delivered to Florida, I live in Ohio. I called them again and they said that I likely got the wrong tracking number. This company has no idea what they are doing. They obviously have no communication with their distributor and I even had a women answer the phone at one point who struggled to even say the company name she worked for. I cannot recommend this company and would highly advise anyone to go anywhere else but here.

It took the company almost a month to fulfill an order. I called many times but couldn’t get real answers.
The order was a partially fulfilled and they just couldn’t figure out when I will receive the rest. They kept telling me that they are waiting for a response from shipping.
Once I received the order part of it was on a spool and part was just taped together. They also didn’t allow to cancel the order. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them a again.

I ordered wire on June 5th. The order was $809.00. On June 12th I received an email reply that it was on track for delivery and she was waiting on a tracking number. I reached out multiple times since then and It is now June 22nd and I am still getting the runaround and promise to deliver. Just talked to a "manager" who says she will see if she can cancel and refund.

DO NOT order from this company!!!!!

Worthless. They take forever to hear back from, no updates for 3 weeks on my order, and when trying to cancel they told me they'll "let me know"

Look at the latest month or so of reviews. Something has happened and orders are not going out. My wire was ordered 5/30 and I have yet to hear back about it’s shipping it’s 6/16 today, this seems to be everyone’s experience lately, based on the recent reviews.

UPDATE: JUNE 25TH wire finally delivered - 25 days to ship from ny to pa - not fast, but delivered

Site claims fast shipping - it's been two weeks and still not shipped - ordered May 30th and today is June 15th . When called, said they were working on it. -

UPDATE: June 23rd: a week later and a few phone calls later - still no shipment. - if you're expecting fast shipment as the site claims, GUESS AGAIN

UPDATE: June 24th - got shipping notification - fingers crossed

Still waiting on shipping confirmation. Advertised that most orders go out on same day or withing two business days. Has another statement that most orders are shipped in 5 business days. Reviewed after 8 business days and response on this review that it was within the 7 business day window. I guess they can't count. It's now been 10 business days and still no shipping confirmation. I've read lots of other reviews complaining about this very thing. I get when the actual transit time takes time but to wait 10 days and counting for an order to actually be shipped when they also advertise it as in stock. I've ordered many things and have never seen this length of time between when they received funds to when they actually ship. Beginning to feel like a scam. I'll keep reviewing again and again until I have a shipment confirmation.

Great price and service. I thought it might be a scam until I received the delivery at my front gate neatly packaged.

Order underground wire May 22nd. Have not seen or heard of shipping yet? No wire. Paid for shipping and 175 feet of wire. Expensive to have nothing to show for it. I have called multiple times and same thing every time, no idea what’s going on just emailed warehouse and waiting on them. Sadly they have not been good to work with. I expect better shipping and service when paying for things. Going to the better business bureau next

The schedule for our project changed, requiring a quick turnaround for the cable we needed. Customer service, Lina, replied right away and got our stuff on time. Much appreciated!

SCAM! Order was placed 2 WEEKS ago, was to ship 3 DAYS after being placed. "Simon" emailed that they would cancel and refund...then nothing. Quit responding to emails and no refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!

UPDATE: refund was finally issued, claimed they would still send the product as an apology and act of good faith and even expedite it. None of that ever happened and they stopped responding to me. AVOID...it's a scam. I was only refunded besause I said I was going to report their scam site to the FBI.

The update/contact promised from them below in response to this review never happened either.

The order time to shipment was longer than indicated. Rather than 8 biz days it was 13.

Ordered wire about about 3 weeks ago. Have called several times. Add says 3 to 5 days service. Maybe tomorrow. We’ll see.

The pricing and selection was very good, but the high point for me was the staff; one in particular! Communication was fast, detailed, and always did exactly what they said they would do to get my products to me in a quick way! Very pleased with this transaction!
