Global Cable and Wire Arvostelua 

After placing the order and 5 emails to the store, it took 24 days for delivery, unexpected for this type of service from a company like them.

It has taken so long to get shipment still unable to get part of the order!!! No one calls you back never got tracking no. They keep giving me tracking no. for what I already received. Than manager has told me 2 times he would handle within. 12 to 48 hours nothing I keep calling ! Just got an email that the warehouse is closed and it will be Monday before I get a phone with tracking information! I am done! Worse service ever!! Just got a call from Fed Ex trying to deliver to me, I literally was on the phone with Global Wire trying to get tracking info and they had no idea it was shipped, most unorganized company ever. Thank God, Fed Ex called or it would have been returned to them again. Delivery was made to property we don't live at and that is why we needed the tracking no and company so we could set up to be there when they delivered. Never again.

Not sure if I have been scammed of $550 or not but no communication from this company. If you call the person you speak with is very hard to understand and promises to return your call or email status of your order, no reply. I really would like my material or money back but no help or assistance whatsoever. After reading independent reviews I would not have ordered from this company. Not a way to conduct business.
I’m not sure how long it may take to receive if at all 120’ of 1 item. I mean how long can it take to measure, cut and ship cable??? Well I received cable after 28 days. Called several times for an update never got a response. Next thing I know I got a shipping notice.

I ordered several different segments of THWN wire on July 27th. Two weeks later after still not having any shipping confirmation I start emailing them because the order said it would be "processed within est. 5-7 business days" and they responded with "your shipment is still actively being processed by our warehouse team". Two days later still NOTHING so I checked again and they said they are "continuing to monitor this closely"! Finally I received my order on 08/14, and it was simply a drop shipped order from a City Electric Supply an hour drive from my house. They lied about their warehouse working on things. They don't have a warehouse. They're just a drop shipper. So they're dishonest and terrible with their delivery times because they rely on their drop shipping.

I got a request to review my purchase. Supposedly orders will ship in 5-7 business days, today is the 11th business day and my order hasn't shipped yet. Tough to give a positive review of an non-shipped order! I contacted them last Thursday (8th BD) was e-mailed back order was in process, today I'm asked to review purchase.

Decent pricing and reasonably fast shipping.

Easy to order quality wire online. Good email updates and arrived on the promised day. Packaged well and the delivery matched the order. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that I was told to expect a call with an ETA but never received so the pallet sat out a few hours.

Still waiting for my cable. It says ships in 5 to 7 business days. What they don’t tell you is that it’s been processing for 12 days. Pricing is good but so slow.

I ordered my wire on July 9, 2026 and I have not received any information on a delivery date. When I sent an email to the company they asked for a review instead of any information on my order. Here is my review. Very poor communication with customer

I called and asked specifically how long it would take to get my wire if I ordered. The very kind lady told me that most customers receive their order within 2 weeks. I received my order in over 6 weeks. Second problem was the wire shipped was 8 feet short but I always order extra lucky. I had zero extra wire. Asked if I could get reimbursed for the 8' I was shorted. They said yes if I could basically proove it. I have it in conduit and hooked up so I am not taking it back out. I will not be ordering from this place again

This company suck! If you need your cable soon, dont risk it!!! they do not ship next day! thats a freaking lie!!!! I have been waiting for my cable for almost a month!! And READ the reviews, I'm noy the only one, is the majority with the same issue!!! !!
Everytime I called, it was always an excuse and the wrong pending shipping day!! frustrating!!! terrible !!! do not buy here!!!!! We have to change our plans for the job a couple times due to this irresponsability!!!!
If I had seen the reviews first, I wouldn't have bought here! I can see that they response to the reviews with just a simple apology and blah, blah, blah but it seems very clear like they dont do nothing to improve!!!! They suck and thats all!! Bad Bad customer service and delivery DELAYs!!! buy somewhere else!!

I was a little nervous after reading other reviews, but my experience turned out better than expected. Our order was processed and arrived quickly. The prices were incredibly competitive I would definitely use them again!

Almost 3 weeks and still hasn't shipped. Unless you want your project held up a month do not order from here. That most orders ship within two day on the home page of the website is very misleading or a flat out lie.

Fast processing is apparently 30 days. Now its planned arrival is exactly a month from placing order. Pay your local supplier...the money saved is not worth the headache and uncertainty.

I placed my order on June26th and today is July 14th. The product is yet to be shipped. If I do not get confirmation of shipping within the next couple of days, I will cancel the order and demand a refund.

Don't waste your time! Spend the extra money to get the product you need in a timely manner. Although this company has competitive pricing, they lack in communication with the consumer and they did not deliver fast shipping as their ads state. I placed an order for some electrical wire (65ft) on June 10, 2026. Received an email instantly confirming my order and payment conformation. On June 18 I received an email stating that my order has been processed and is in line to be cut and prepared for shipment. Pretty quick turn around...I thought. Days went by with no communication. 2 and a half weeks later, on July 6 around 10:30 a.m., I called the company inquiring about my order. Customer service said they forgot to put a tracking number with my order, they would follow up with the warehouse and send me an email regarding the status of my order by 6:00 or 6:30p.m. same evening. Forgot to put a tracking number?? So has my ordered shipped, I was thinking. No email received that day as promised. On July 7, received email stating should have a tracking number by the end of the week. July 8 received email stating label created and tracking number available when UPS picks up package. July 9 UPS has package. Expected by July 13. Package is shipping from Florida. I did receive my wire and it was what I ordered however, 33 days from time I placed my order until delivery. I understand they do not work on weekends/holidays but this is unacceptable. I honestly feel that if I had not called, I would still be waiting on my order. This severely delayed my project. I am very unhappy with how long I had to wait not to mention the lack of communication. I will definitely NOT be ordering anything from this company anymore.

Took a MONTH to ship! No way will I ever use them again.

I put an order in almost 3 weeks ago. Haven’t heard a word from them. I’ve reached out a number of times but nothing. It is holding up a job and costing me money everyday. Would not recommend this company if you need a job done in a time frame.
