I made a disabled access booking with Gigantic. Throughout whole booking process and then resolving unexpected complications, the Gigantic team have provided BRILLIANT support and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you so much for all your patience and kind assistance navigating things which can sometimes be a bit difficult for those of us with disabilities. 5* rating is well deserved.

I had a slight panic when I couldn't locate my tickets for an event, or find the confirmation order with only two days to go before the festival.

I emailed customer services at gigantic.com, got a reply the same day, they resent the link and got my tickets sorted. Brilliant!

I came to Gigantic via a ents24 presale. I ended up not quite ordering what I intended and they quickly remedied it on request.

I managed to mess up my email address, and that led to my anxiety surrounding the lack of email confirmation for the tickets that I had booked and paid. A simple email to a very helpful young lady in the customer service department, resolve the issue completely and to my satisfaction.

I am delighted with the service and communication I received today from Amy. I have cognitive issues which prevents me from fully being able to understand instructions and issues with arthritis in my fingers, preventing me from being able to type properly. Amy helped me through the process of requesting a refund after accidentally buying the wrong amount of tickets and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all, this does not happen very often!

Gemma helped me overcome access needs and was very helpful and considerate. First rate customer services!

Ok, all did not go well. We turned up at KoKo in Camden for the Mayhem Festival and the venue was closed. We had travelled to London from the south coast by train and booked a hotel. Somehow the whole world and its mum knew the event wasn’t happening apart from us….. it would appear we were the only people who didn’t get the ‘it’s not happening’ email. We have checked and double checked, no, we can’t find it. We can understand a company not believing this has happened when everybody else got the message and didn’t turn up like us. The good news our ‘what’s going on’ email sent from the steps of KoKo was received by Amy at Gigantic, who confirmed the event was cancelled. So, a big thanks to Amy for her support on the day and Lisa from Mayhem who has arranged a refund, addition to guest list for next years Mayhem and complimentary T shirts.

Gemma was so helpful this morning. I emailed to request changes to my booking. Gemma responded fast and sorted the issue immediately and the refund was in my bank a few minutes later. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Took out insurance to cover unexpected cancellation which due to bereavement we have actually need, however due to the policy constraints around the deceased and the timing of the death the insurance wouldn't cover the cancellation. I'll try to remember that the next time we have a death in the family, i'll ask them to die with more consideration of their timing of their departure. So basically the insurance element of the purchase is in fact worthless to us. Thanks. Thanks alot.
