I had two tickets for a concert and suddenly a third friend was able to join us. I got in touch through the online chatbot and feared a world of “computer says no”. But I was really pleasantly surprised. Gemma from customer services was very helpful, found a way to do it and it was dealt with in less than 24 hours. Full marks to them as I was nervous but they were flexible, helped me get a three tickets together and were quick and seamless in refunding the old tickets.

So helpful, sadly, I am unable to attend the concert, thankfully, I took out Insurance cover, Amy, helped me! I managed to get a refund for my tickets!! Can recommend 100%

A gig I had tickets for had changed date and venue and I contacted them to see if i could exchange my current tickets for seated tickets at the new venue as it wasn't an option before. I used the live chat and Gemma explained what I needed to do. She was very helpful and sorted out the refund on my old tickets as soon as I had booked the new ones. Excellent customer service and she was happy to help.

Every page added more charges, booking fees, transaction fee and then the additional e ticket fee to just rub salt in my very wounded card!

Booked tickets for Duran Duran in Leeds but while scrolling unfortunately went to event in Glasgow, payment was made before I realised, emailed the company regarding my misfortune to request a possible refund one of the customer service team (Gemma) got back to me quickly and was able to offer me a refund as she’d seen I had booked Leeds, this was the first time I’ve used this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use again, fantastic customer service, thank you Gemma.

I booked a live music event for our 20th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately my husband was unwell and we couldn’t attend. I paid for the refund insurance and Amy was very efficient and refunded me straightaway.
