I unfortunately had to cancel some tickets due to illness within the party. Amy was great in dealing with my refund request and I was refunded within 48 hours of sending the email request. Perfect.

Gigantic is a wonderful company I took out the refund plan on my gig tickets ,has I bought my tickets in advance my child that loves to go to gigs with me unfortunately had a accident on his scooter which resulted in a broken collarbone & spine injury, I emailed gigantic & Amy got in touch to help me ,Amy was absolutely fabulous helped me get a refund & was so very helpful, I will use this company again& again my experience was absolutely fantastic thank you so much Amy & team @gigantic your so amazing company

Disappointed in the response from Gigantic Tickets recently had a severe heart attack, resulting in having stents fitted. I am currently unable to walk long distances or stand for prolonged periods of time.
After using the AI chatbot for Iron Maiden Eddfest to see about possibility of getting into the accessible area, it recommended I contact my ticket supplier as there is a soft area which is ideal for me given the nature of my health.
After emailing Gigantic, their response is I am not eligible due to not being registered disabled or receiving PIP and the tickets are non-refundable and suggest I just take a camping chair with me.

I needed help sorting out accessibility tickets for an event I had already booked, which ended up being more of a process than I expected. After speaking with a few different team members, Natalie stepped in and actually got it sorted. She was brilliant and made sure I had everything I needed. Really grateful for her patience and for going the extra mile. Thank you, Natalie!

Awful. Brought tickets for Raging Speedhorn gig Birmingham 18th April. Unfortunately RSH had to cancel. Tried to get a refund for the tickets, apparently at 19:00 doors is a festival 🤣🤣🤣. Told me as it was listed as a Wacken warm up RSH were not headlining so no refund, what a joke. Gigantic are appalling

Paid for refund insurance i couldn't attend due to a very sensitive illness which I've not even shared with family members due to the sensitivity I got a email from Amy? Refusing a refund unless I shared this sensitive information I completely understand people just decide to cancel for no genuine reason but my circumstances are not that I tried to explain but was basically told under no terms unless I disclosed the very sensitive information I wouldn't be refunded.. feel very let down with the almost bullying tactics shown in wouldn't recommend this company or it's ruthless policy! BE WARNED DON'T USE!!!

I bought refund protection for some tickets and, following illness, was paid back in full. Amy, the person I dealt with, was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the proof I was asked to give. To ask for a doctors note seemed very over the top- if you can't attend a concert because you're ill, it isn't a given that you have taken time off work and need a FIT note. Bothering a surgery to obtain one for this doesn't seem right.
