Great Service
Was pleasantly surprised having stumbled across this site. Having previously thrown away a previous set of Ghd after accidentally stepping on them and breaking the arm , and forking out over £100 to purchase another set which subsequently became faulty I decided to opt for the far cheaper Orion of repair. Packed the straighters and sent off in Jiffy bag and they arrived back ony doorstep on the Tuesday morning in working order having had the cable and plug replaced. Peace of mind with the six month warranty. If only I had known about them the first time round. Really impressed with the service. Would definately recommend and have just done so to my friends daughter whose ghd have just stopped working.

Good fast service
I can not fault the service that they provided for repairing my GHDs. The postage service worked as it should and they even provided a check list of other items they tested.
However when my straighteners were returned, they worked perfectly. Now I didn't realise that if the room temperature drops the GHDs emit a continuous beeping sound. I thought they had broke again. I tried ringing no answer, I left a message and sent an email with still no response. So on aftercare customer service was not too a high standard, which really let them down. On this occassion I found out my problem via google so no harm done. Still recommend them though

GHD Masters!!!
I sent my mums GHDs to get the loose waggling plates repaired. To be honest I thought they were broken for good. But nope...in just 4 days they were returned good as new..tested and lovingly wrapped up in a box on their return!

I'm sorry you weren't happy with the service Shona. We received your set on a Friday and they were returned the next working day on Monday and arrived the Tuesday. We aim to carry out all repairs in a 24 hour period which was done with your set and 99% of repairs are returned the same working day however conditions on the day such as the amount of repairs received and time of receipt can unfortunately affect this.

No fuss quick and easy service! Will definitely use them again!

Brilliant service, unbelievable turnaround.
I was a bit sceptical at first, but thought I would try them. I posted them out on Wed lunchtime and received them back on Friday with a full rund down of the fault. Changed chord and plug which can now be used abroad. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Excellent speedy service ..although the ghd's did fail again after 2 weeks they were returned again under warranty and again repaired very quickly.
