Excellent service, recommended to me and saved me alot of money! Posted on Tuesday and back to me repaired by Friday! I cannot recommend this service enough, thank you guys.

I had a pair of straighteners that lasted a long time but eventually the wires came loose at the plug. An alarming crack and puff of smoke from the plug signalled the end. I was dismayed to find endless reviews stating that the newer GHD models were not a patch on the older ones like I had. I thought, surely if it's just loose wires it can be fixed. Am a firm believer in 'fix not throw away'. Absolutely delighted I found this repair company, or should I say - people. Super efficient, and friendly/genuine service. It was such an easy process, really quick turnaround and if anything they not only repaired the irons but replaced the cable with a longer one which is even better. I cannot speak highly enough of this service, thank you so much.

I posted my GHD hairdryer on Wednesday and it was returned on Friday working perfectly fine and with a PAT test done. Amazing service, great communication and quick repair. I have been a bit nervous at first as it was a website found on google but I’m very happy that I chose them. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

My GHD straighteners were not heating up due to a fault I saw this website and they had good reviews I completed the registration on line on Friday night and paid by PayPal which had to passed on to them I sent them off on Saturday registered post I knew they had received them Monday as I checked Royal Mail I received them back Excellent service and repair Would recommend

After selecting and paying for what I thought was the wrong model to be repaired, I was instantly refunded and assisted by Kevin as to which model I did have (which turned out to be the one I'd selected in the 1st place. My fault totally). I sent my straightners off and they were returned with a full report within a week. Excellent, genuine service

Everything from start to finish was nothing less than perfect. Turnaround time was excellent. Repair Report clear with a 180-day warranty. The repair price was fair.

I bought the service online but i didnt get any email confirming the same. Also when i email them or call them, there is no response. Now I am thinking whether i should send my straightener to them or not as I dont have any reference number. Will try to block the payment with my bank.

Really easy process and incredibly fast turnaround. My ancient GHDs seem as good as new and they even changed the Aussie plug I had on them to a UK plug for no extra charge. Amazing service and extremely good value.

This is now the second time I've used this company within a 3 or 4 year period and I couldn't recommend them more. A very reasonable price for a swift and seamless service. I received a detailed email update of what was wrong with my irons and how they had been fixed, and they were then posted back immediately - so this all happened within a 5 day period. I could not recommend them more.

Inadequate service

Brilliant! I paid, filled out the online form then posted them off. I felt a little nervous, however no need as I received an email to say they were posted on their way back to me within a few days. I received in full working order, tested them out on my hair straight away woo hoo
