Can't fault the service here, sent my straighteners off after they broke and they were returned in full working order in about 2 days! Much better than forking out £150 for a new pair!

I found the whole procedure absolutely brilliant, cannot fault at all. My very old and well used ghds are a vital piece of equipment and their breakdown couldn't have come at a worse time, particularly with the expense of Xmas just around the corner. I posted on Saturday morning and received an email Monday afternoon to tell me they had been repaired and returned to me and I received them the next day. It is very reassuring to know that they have been thoroughly tested and aren't going to blow up as they may have done if I'd tried to repair them myself!

had to send my daughters ghd hair straighteners for repair, well it was that or buy her a new set so I opted for ghdrepairs.co.uk and was well impressed with how fast they were back to our house. sent them Thursday and thought hopefully we will get them Wednesday next but no they arrived Monday morning,very fast service.

Found this site on a Google search and was slightly dubious about sending off my broken GHDs.There was absolutely no need to worry as the service I received was fantastic.
Sent them on a Monday,recieved them back on the Wednesday fully working and like brand new.
Will definitely use again if necessary.

It is a great service, I rang to see if my ghds had arrived and the gentlemen informed me they work until 10 at night and they would be returned the next day ;-) which they were ;-)

The idea of spending another £100 or so replacing my GHDs seemed absurd, so I decided to search out someone to fix them.
This company popped up in a google search, I gave them a ring to find out the situation, downloaded a form from their site, packed and posted my trusty lifesavers..that is, hair straighteners, and had them back two days later - in time for the weekend. They came back PAT tested too, and with a guarantee.
I'm thrilled to bits with the service and have already recommended to my friends.
