Sent my limited edition ghds off for repair on Wednesday and I got them back today in perfect working order.

I could not fault the service - over the moon considering I was about to fork out for a new pair!

Do not hesitate to send your Ghds for repair to this company, posted mine Monday and had them back by Thursday with details enclosed of the parts that had been repaired and a PAT test certification. As most people would be, I was dubious about posting them anywhere for repair, but found this company and took a chance, I wouldn’t hesitate to send again should the need arise.

Wow, this is a brilliant service... Sent my GHDs away on the Monday morning and have received them back in full working order on Wednesday morning. Well packaged and with a lovely new heat mat included. I would recommend this service to all and will be using again if the need arises.

Excellent service. My ghd's were sent off wednesday and back by saturday in full working order and with complimentary storage sleeve. When they stopped working, i thought i was going to have to bin them so i saved myself a lot of money. I would highly recommend this company

I can't believe how quick,efficient and simple this service is! I was mortified when my beloved GHDs stopped working and quickly set about finding out how to get them fixed. I came across this company and at first was sceptical but thought for £24.50 I'll give it a go. I sent them off by registered post on Thursday and I couldn't believe it when they arrived in the post this morning.. Saturday!! All fixed and ready to use.

My wife's GHD had gone. Using this website I diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement lead which came with the new, improved internal connector. I hadn't seen this anywhere else. A bit of careful work and she's happy once more.

I highly recommend using GHD repair service - both email (service) and repair shop service was 1st class. Although my straightener was shippped in the easter holiday it was repaired and returned in only very few days. Thanks very much for hel ping me out;-)

Deal with confidence

I sent off my GHDS as they had a loose connection and kept switching off and on while I was using them. When I received them back and started using them were making a "fizzing" sound and gave me an electric shock! Very unhappy, the GHDs came back in a worse and dangerous condition!! So now I have no GHDs and paid £25 for an electric shock! Thanks!

Why has no one told me about these guys? I love my GHDs and have had the same pair for 9 years. So when they broke I thought that was it, but after a quick google search I discovered these guys. The website didn't look very professional and seemed automated by robots so I was VERY sceptical about sending my beloved GHDs to them. But then I thought what have I got to lose? Turns out it was the right decision as three days after I sent them they arrived back, fully restored and in working order. I couldn't believe I was about to go out and buy a new pair! Highly recommend this company!

My GHD's suddenly died, and I thought that was the end of our perfect relationship. However they were resuscitated by your marvellous company. Sent and repaired within a couple of days. I would recommend you to all my friends.

posted a broken pair of GHDs on Saturday morning,, received them back, fixed on Wednesday .. Paid for the repair after they was fixed... Saved me having to buy a new pair...service like this doesn't come any better!!!

Fastest turnaround in any Internet service never mind the fact they're performing a repair. The product was returned working perfectly. Saved me having to buy the missus a new pair after i sent them tumbling to their demise. Really good and would recommend to anyone who needs a repair.

I thought I was going to have to ask for a new set of GHD's this Christmas as the cable on mine was faulty and the light kept going on and off. I searched google for GHD repairs and was pleasantly surprised at how little this company charged compared to buying a new set. They were returned to me the next day, postage was also included in the price. I was a little sceptical at first that they might not be returned so quick but they were true to their word and my GHD's are working perfectly again. I wanted to write this review to spread the word and save you all a fortune buying a new set.
