After researching the website in October 2025 and reviews from customers, I ordered 5 tickets for JBJ Dublin. I received emails confirming tickets. Today, I thought I would check and the website cannot be accessed, emails are failing to send and the phone number is fake. This scam company has scammed me out of €800. How have this "company" manage to continue to scam so many people for so long? I am gutted

Complete scam company . Professional fraudsters. Avoid. They trade in many company names also. Report to cyber crime authority to stop these scumbags

WARNING: Account blocked, no tickets delivered for Bruno Mars Milan! I purchased two tickets for the Bruno Mars concert in Milan (July 15, 2026) back in January. Now, just days before the concert, they have completely blocked my account access. I cannot log in, and they are completely ignoring my emails. Italian law requires strict personalization (ID checks) at San Siro Stadium, and I have received no confirmation that my tickets are registered under the correct names (Maja Koričan and Mia Koričan).This company is withholding my tickets and my money. If I do not receive my valid, personalized e-tickets within 24 hours, I am filing an official fraud report with my bank to initiate a chargeback and contacting cyber-police. No such website after trying to contact them today about a Richard Ashcroft ticket bought in October 2025. No email address is real either. Absolute thief’s now all the tickets have been sold.

Got tickets for SOAD for my birthday from a group of friends. The tickets never showed up.
No replies on emails. No replies on phone.
Unfortunately they found out too late for the bank to reclaim the transfer. They instructed them to file a police report, which they did.

Ho acquistato due biglietti per il concerto di Bruno Mars del 15 luglio 2026, pagando regolarmente il 15 gennaio 2026. I biglietti non mi sono mai stati consegnati. Ho provato a contattare più volte il servizio clienti senza ricevere una risposta utile e non ho potuto partecipare al concerto. Ho aperto un reclamo per ottenere il rimborso. Questa è stata la mia esperienza. Purtroppo, in base alla mia esperienza personale, non mi sento di consigliare questo sito.

I not received my tickets for BTS on 6/7/26 in London concert.Nothing in email and website was not disturbing.Every attempt for contact with this criminals was unsuccessful.They stole from me 500 euro.This seller is absolutely SCAM.Already I’m report them in Visa and Mastercard.

Ich hatte im Sep. 2025 vier Karten für System of a Down in Berlin gekauft (8.7.2026). Diese Karten habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten, meine Rückfrage per E-Mail wurde nie beantwortet und mittlerweile ist die Website von gettickets365 nicht mehr erreichbar.
Wenn es null Sterne gäbe, würde ich null Sterne vergeben!

I booked a ticket back in January for the BTS concert in London. I got an email confirming I'd paid and that the ticket would be delivered 3-7 days before the event. I've not received it, and had to completely cancel my trip. So much money was spent on that trip, as I live in Scotland, and it was all ruined cause they didn't give me what I paid for. The site has been down and I emailed them but got no response. Awful site. Don't buy anything on there.

Brought BTS tickets at a very inflated price because autistic grandaughter was so desperate to go and we had spent hours in the queue on the phone on release day but couldn’t get any, found some in the evening on here so purchased them. Day of concert and still no tickets, no response to emails, phone lines saying discontinued and a distraught child. What a company 😡😡😡😡😡

We bought tickets to Bruno mars 2026 even paid for a hotel and paid £500 for the tickets to then find out they have deleted all of their websites and also won’t respond to emails! We’re still struggling to even get a refund of that money which is horrible!!!!
