Harassment
Checked out this company as I’ve recently became a first time mum and wanted to get insurance should the worst happen.
The gentleman who called asked me a series of questions and said I got accepted which he said was ‘shocking’, I asked to give me a week to explore my options and he seemed very offended but agreed to call me back in a week…
This did not happen, they called me everyday single day… I blocked number after number and they still called.
In the end I went with another insurer and told them, they still called me every other day when I asked them to stop calling.
In my experience this company is overly pushy and completely unprofessional.
Avoid if you don’t want to get harassed.

We are an independent protection broker and our intention is always to help customers make informed decisions rather than to apply pressure. We have reviewed your enquiry details and can see that your record has been marked as “do not contact”, which is the action we would have expected to be taken sooner in the process to prevent any further attempted calls.
Our internal call records indicate a limited number of call attempts over the period in question, which may differ from your recollection and could reflect contact from more than one firm during your search for insurance. However, we fully recognise that what matters is how the experience felt to you, and we are sorry that our attempts to follow up left you feeling that we were overly pushy or unprofessional.
We will use your feedback as part of our ongoing monitoring of adviser conduct and contact frequency to ensure our standards around fair treatment, respectful communication and Consumer Duty outcomes continue to be met for all customers.

The agent that dealt with my application was very professional but also took the time to make sure I understood everything.

Amazing customer service
I can’t rate this company and staff enough from start to finish there customer care is amazing and it’s great to talk to them on the phone my advisor Cameron McAuley was great he was so helpful, friendly and had a great personality so i didn’t feel pressured or rushed and it didn’t feel robotic at all.
