Rude and disrespectful customer service
“I recently received a voicemail from a customer advisor that was quite unprofessional. The language used was inappropriate for a customer service role(Swear word) and left me feeling concerned about the quality of support I can expect from this insurance company.
I believe it’s crucial for customer service representatives to communicate professionally, as it directly impacts customer trust. I recommend that the company invest in additional training for staff to enhance their communication skills and improve the overall customer experience.”
The use of two different names SMART COVER and GET PROTECTED is a red flag and also raises concerns.
