Getprotected got me on board and abandoned me
Getprotected got me on board, I started paying, but now I've got no support. I have been meaning to change my beneficiary and had requested for the form but 3 months later no one has sent it through. I also wanted to know how my beneficiary can claim but that information seems hard to get. There's no online account to manage my account and everything seems like they have to be done by mail. It seems like Getprotected create inefficiencies that makes claiming difficult intentionally. They just there to get your money.

Rarely does a sales call become a welcome thing but after talking to Leon about Life Insurance, mortgage cover, leaving family secure in the event of a tragic event, I was left thinking that Leon understood my questions and sourced the competitive solutions.
Then Leon explained about the extra Get Protected services, GP appointments, prescriptions abroad.
This is a significant investment for seniors and the underwriters did a good job with extending dates.

I had an excellent experience with Godwin Williams from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel pressured.

I have never had life insurance before…
I have never had life insurance before but wanted to make sure that my son would have something to pay for my funeral and give him a small buffer when the time comes. Rhia talked me through all the options, and didn't try to upsell at all. She actually listened to me and looked at my specific circumstances without judgement. I feel she found the right cover for us and I'm very grateful for the peace of mind it gives me.
