I am disgusted and feel violated after having discussed at length personal matters with this company who said they would contact me and never did!!! I am a great believer in “say what you mean & mean what you say” well this representative who dealt with me did not!

A lot of information taken on the phone was relaid back wrong, which isn’t exactly promising. Calling from a local number however makes small talk that they’ve never heard of the area before and won’t take no for an answer. Asked multiple times if they could send me the quotes to look over as I had to go back to work but made it the hardest thing in the world. Very much a sales call instead of anything else. I don’t know why I stayed on the phone to them. 45 minute call and all I got was quotes for what they thought I should get instead of what I asked for, questioning responses I gave back which is rude, very pushy.

Leon Clarke, who was looking after me,was terrific. Always personable, open to any questions I had and a friendly approachable guy.
I didn't feel in the least bit like I was being rushed or pushed into anything, the call was refreshing, factual and engaging.
I needed to get a hold of a piece of information from my doctor's surgery to progress my application, and Leon was happy to give me a week to do so planning in a call back a week later to give me the time to obtain the information I needed.
At this point Leon also left me with his contact details in case I had any queries at all within that week.
As promised, I received my call back on the date agreed.
Leon proceeded to inform me that the call was being recorded, something I am always happy to hear as it's very reassuring.
Leon very kindly ran through all of the details of my application again at just the right pace, not too quickly, and thankfully not too slowly either.
The application thrn went to the underwriters, and in no time at all my application was successful!
I can't praise Get Protected highly enough for the service I teceived, it was terrific!
A special mention for Leon though, he was absolutely fantastic!
Even though, and in fact particularly because, this transaction was all done over the phone, I found him to be be someone I was happy to share my sensitive health questions with, and of course my bank details with when I agreed to go ahead with the policy.
I can't speak highly enough of Leon, and I believe Get Protected are extremely lucky to have him on board!

Leon was very nice and also he explained clearly on the soubts i have.
