The quality of the diffuser is cheap and not worth the money at all. They then offer a scam cheaper price on a second item on check out....which in my experience they never sent. They try and put it back on you to prove you didn't get it. Make sure you keep the box and ask them for the dimensions and weight of the package they sent, then they suddenly want to send you another one. But after all this I didn't want another one, I wanted a refund, and within minutes apparently, it was too late as it had already been shipped so if I want to return it I will have to do that once it arrives. What an absolute load of crap. It seems like its all bots that lead you on a merry go round of no help at all. Stay away from this company, Scammers

I ordered an Air Purifier and humidifier which cost nearly a £100 and they have sent me an AROMA DIFFUSER which looks as if its already been used and cost no more than a fiver. So now I've got to go through all the lengthy process of getting my money back.
This company is completely unethical, don't waste your money.

It is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. When you enquire about your order you are told it is ready for despatch but you never receivea tracking number and never gets despatched. Should get ZERO STARS

This company is a scam. I ordered an air purifier and got an email saying that it was packed and ready to go and I would receive a tracking number next day. Have heard nothing. Sent an enquiry anout where my order was and was told the delivery company said my address was incomplete. I asked for my order to be delivered or give me a refund. Still nothing and today told my enquiry has been closed and I need to file a new complaint. So I will be reporting them to Paypal as a scam company and request that Paypal get my money back. .

So got the purifier. some of you mention some kind of filter, i did no get any, got angry, i had to write to the support guys, they told me no filters needed. you got me confused guys. also I should read less reviews, because some people are just trolling, and when I got the humidifier from other brand, they commented that you have to put it in the water to soak up, so thats is also not correct, avoid using water near electric objects.

Ordered, immediately received an email to say items packed and ready for shipping, tracking number to follow within 24 hours. Some 30 days later still nothing.many emails later finally advised via email that address is insufficient. As many reviews I have read since placing the order say goods are not what you order I suggested since goods have not been dispatched they facilitate a refund. Response is cannot do that as goods have been dispatched. Can only refund me once I have received them . On 2/2/2025 they again advised tracing number to follow within 24 hours. It is now the 10th and no tracking details received. This company is a serious con and should be avoided at all costs.

I, apparently ordered 3 air purifiers. However, I've been charged £78 x4. That's over £300 been taken from my bank in 4 separate transactions. They have sent me 12 air purifiers, charged for extended warranties and gift cards!!!!. Who would order 12????
I have emailed Claire for a refund as order was showing they had not been despatched. When I mentioned refund, they didn't want to know. When items were delivered on Saturday night I accepted 1 pack of 3 but refused the other 3 parcels. I emailed clairu again and told them I had refused delivery of them as I hadn't ordered multiple times. They now inform me I won't get a refund as I broke my agreement with them. I contacted Yodel to see if they could re deliver to me but they have already been returned. So, my problem is, I have paid out a lot of money to this scam and now I don't have the goods either. Please people, if you are ordering from this scamming company, please be aware if you are getting multiple deliveries. I had 2 lots of £78 taken from my account on 2nd January and again another 2 lots of £78 taken on 26th January. I contacted PayPal but they gave got back to me saying no suspicious activity. I have a lot if other ways I need my money for, not this hassle where no-one seems to be able to help me. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Yup, I followed up after ordering and received a message that my address was "insufficient." I gave them the same address again and they accepted it, and asked me to wait for the tracking number, which still hasn't arrived. Yes, I suspect this is indeed a scam.

Trying to get the shipment status for 6 days. But confirmed either it was shipped or not?

I ordered an air purifier and paid close to $100…..I was sent a cheap version that I also found on Amazon for $17. They did refund some of my payment but they should have refunded it all. They deflected and wouldn’t take responsibility and then closed my complaint. I’d never buy from these people again. I hate being scammed.
