First sign DONT trust a company that has a clock count down to save your discount.
Ordered one humidifier, while ordering taken onto special discount on another three, which was in small text; in the space of a few seconds I had ordered and the bill came up for four.
I tried to undo the order and company said my parcel was already dispatched.
They are very quick to grab your money.
Don’t trust this company at all!!!
They are money grabbing crooks.
Thankfully I was able to stop my PayPal payment.
But this company had caused stress and anxiety.
I hope they go bust and soon, to prevent more agrevation.

I ordered 2 Clairu plug ins for my house. This was £19.99. It arrived 3wks later. Unfortunately no instructions in English. I plugged them in and to be fair I’m not sure what difference they have made. I like to think they are doing something. Also they are cheaper to purchase on Amazon. Which I found out after I purchased.

Terrible experience. Charged more than advertised, tried to cancel order within 30mins of placing it only to be told it had already shipped. I continued to request cancellation and refund, was told to contact again when product received. I have done this, didn’t open parcel upon receipt as it was said they would need to be returned in original packaging.They said I would need to pay for postage - offered 50% refund and keep product which I initially agreed to and then opened the parcel. Cheap, flimsy, ineffective and I’m not sure how safe the product is. Poor labelling on product, no information in the box other than a poorly printed guarantee that has not had any information filled in. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I received 2 of these a couple of months ago. I can't say that they have done anything tbh. They are right by the car trays and they smell just as bad. Also these are not CE marked as they come from China which is why they take so long to arrive do potentially they could cause a fire. AVOID!!

I liked the idea of this product. Selected one only at discounted price. Checked with PayPal to find out exchange rate. Did not authorise payment. Received a number of confusing invoices, immediately asked for a cancellation, they refused. My bank shows two amounts totalling $128. Opened dispute with bank and PayPal. Stay away from this company. Totally duplicitous.

I bought two units. Both caused water to accumulate around them, causing marks on the furniture.
One stopped working correctly -within three months.
I asked for a refund , got told that no refund due to expiry of 30 day limit.
Very expensive in comparison to similar products.
My advice - steer clear of this brand!

bought two of these mini air purifiers on the back of recent reviews as the top best ten air purifiers.
These are about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike,they have no place in your home they are so small that they would only be effective in your car cabin as it says on the package when you receive them.
A total waste of time & money and totally misrepreprentsented a con, save your money.

So,I didnt see these reviews until I had already ordered and wasnt holding out much hope once I had, I ordered 2 and got 2 free and although they did take a few weeks to arrive they did arrive today, the right pins for UK and also a universal adapter plug , so far so good, I plugged 1 in in the living room and 1 in bedroom not expecting much but I have to say in the space of half an hour I have noticed a difference

Do not buy from. I tried to buy 4 airpurifiers plus standard postage the price was around $190.
They have added an extended warranty that I specifically un-checked as to not wanting it.
They have also then charge d me for another order immediately after placing my order for another $229.00
I contacted the within MINITUES of that happening and they told me it had already been dispatched. That is impossible.
They have continued to lie and send automated responses. They are unable to supply tracking details.
I have now contacted my lawyer, and the small business ombudsman.

Don't be like me.... READ the reviews. They say it all.

Wrong advertising what this product actually is!! Do not buy!!

Don't bother buying this expensive piece of plastic, worked for a while then timer stopped working. When contacted the company it said my '30 day warranty had run out' l. There was no paperwork in the box no instructions or warranty papers, wish I had read trust pilot reviews. Seriously don't spend you money on this rubbish

Ordered 35 pound humidifier and 3 filters 35.00 humidifier 3 filters 12.95 and 12.95 delivery.instantly got an invoice for 273.24 I called them and said cancel my order like eveyone else in here dispatched withing the hour had to wait for delivery 5 weeks I was told not to turn down the delivery it would voud a refund.items turned up 6 mini purifiers and 3 stupid little filters that took 5 weeks to get here and it was dispatched onvthe 24th of June and I was told alreadycdusbached on the 6th of June told me thecrefundcwoyld br 68.00 not having that. I canister paypalvforca fullc273.34 refund and an address to return thesecstipdc6 humidifiers not worth 50.00 the lot .tomorrow I will use my bank fraud squadcto get the money back as I have seen on here paypal closes the case if not resolved Do not bye from these scammers

I ordered this over six months ago and I’m still waiting... This must be a scam or the entire company needs to take a simple class in customer service. I only gave it one star because it wouldn’t allow no stars. Oh, and a refund? Ha! Forget it. Like I said, they should take customer service 101. Too bad my donation wasn’t to people who could actually use it.

Like other customers I have been charged for multiple humidifiers , when I only wanted 1
I emailed within 10 min of placing the order to cancel it as it was incorrect, but was told it’s already been shipped. This was a false statement as I received a shipment notice some 3 days later !!!!!
There is no basket to to put your wanted items in , so anything you click on you get charged for
This is a scam , please don’t get caught out like me and many others

I wish that I'd read HONEST reviews before I made the mistake of ordering from Clairu.
Shipping took forever - the item was not worth a fraction of what I paid, it was more like a toy. Dealing with customer service was extremely difficult and they made it nearly impossible to return the item
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!

Purchased plug in air purifiers. They do not fit the Australian socket. Received replacement of exactly same fitting!!!!

I placed these in my basket and did not press payment as was coming on here first for reviews got an email strait away saying order completed and item as packed and out for shipment, I requested a refund within 10 minutes of email but have been told can't get refund as item out for delivery, started a dispute with PayPal now.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered the air humidifier and the product did not even work. No mist came out and water leaked out all over. I reached out to customer service to get a replacement or a refund and their response was if it was used then all they can do is refund 25% of $91 I spent. This company is a SCAM. They are willing to sell products that do not work!

I had this item in my basket but I never pushed the pay button. I wanted to check it out first Then I looked at my e-mails, said I ordered this, I did not. Ask for a refund an hour after order, they said it was out for delivery. Now I have to file a false order with PayPal to get the rest of my refund. FAKE,FAKE
