Airclairu Arvostelua 

Well, I purchased four of these air purifiers and within the month all four started squealing and grinding, which I contacted the company. They did get back to me promptly, but Drug their feet and now since it’s been 30 days and over, they are saying that they will not help me with refunding my defective items which I sent multiple videos of what the product was doing and they say their hands are tied so I’m out over $200 for merchandise. I can’t even use. I deserve better than that for the amount of money I spent. I think this company is ripping people off. I know they are with me.

The items arrived promptly, the support team responded promptly and were helpful. I just thought I ordered humidifiers but they were infusers.

I ordered 2 cold air humidifiers and received 2 small aroma diffusers (to be used with oils). I notified them immediately on their website, with no follow up response. A few days later, I received an email asking how customer support was…I replied that is had NO response- still waiting. Over the next few weeks, I called multiple times- was left on hold for 20-30 minutes each time, and then the line was disconnected on their side. I tried again contacting customer service- via email this time. Went back and forth with information, pictures, etc. Several weeks later, I got final response that I was “outside 30 day policy window.” I responded that I registered the issue immediately- the delay they created caused the passage of time. No refund, wrong items- and the real kicker is that the products I did receive don’t work.

Still trying to get my return information.

I ordered a Clairu Humidifier/Diffuser from get-airclairu.com on 6-2-2026 and finally received it 10 days later 0n 6-12-2026. When I got it, I plugged it in and it was bad out of the box. I notified support on 6-13-12026 and Virginia asked for some pictures and an explanation of the problem. She was convinced that the unit was defective and responded that “sometimes a lemon is just a lemon” and said she would have another unit sent out and there was no need to return defective device. I threw it in the trash.
I started researching humidifiers and realized that get-airclairu.com, according to reviews, is a very dishonest company and product ships from China. Thus the 10 day ship time. I called support number again on 6-15-2026 and requested that my order be cancelled and purchase price be refunded. I ordered an excellent humidifier/diffuser, a DREO humidifier, from Amazon for a fraction of the cost and received it the next day with my Prime membership. The DREO runs all day or night when tank is full of regular tap water.
On 7-3-2026, more than 2 weeks after I requested cancellation and refund, I received an email from Criz stating that in order to get a refund I had to return device. Which device, the one that I trashed when Virginia told me that there was no need to return or the one they shipped after I cancelled replacement? Yesterday, I received a new Clairu. Great inner office communication team!
I’m not going to waste any more time/energy on this. I’ll trash or donate latest device, write it off as me not doing research before purchasing or file a dispute with my bank but I wanted to warn everyone to avoid this company.

Customer service was great. I accidentally ordered more units than I needed and I was able to rectify the issue. The humidifier/diffuser is great!

Quick response to my request to return my item & get a refund. I appreciate being able to talk to a person on the phone and being able to have my questions answered. The process of getting a refund was explained clearly.

The experience WILL BE great if I get the refund I need to get.

The ordering system was clear, but unfortunately I did not realise I had ordered too many of the item (humidifyer) by mistake, I emailed this and got replies, but needed to telephone to explain my problem

Still waiting for instructions to return merchandise.

The customer support has been very quick and helpful. The website itself was a little difficult. Which is why I originally purchased the three additional units. And there wasn't a time where I understood to go back and dismiss those items while purchasing.

Product was misleading. The product information said it was the top of the line humidifier. I purchased 4 to get a better price and was giving 2 to my sister. We need humidifiers for health reasons, not aroma diffusers. True humidifiers have larger tanks, holding at least a half-gallon, and adds moisture to the air to improve breathing and dry air issues. The tiny diffusers that I received will not change a rooms humidity level, but will only add scent to the air. The photos you showed were misleading and don't look anything like what I received. These fit in the palm of my hand. I did not open or use these, and I am requesting a full refund.

The customer service rep, Charlotte, was very polite and fully explained the process of returning the item I had ordered. She apologized for my inconvenience and assured me that I would receive a full refund.
