I bought an account on the server in Europe, and they sent me one from the server in America, I asked them for the change and their response was that since the account worked they did not take care of their own mistake because "according to the policies" they are not responsible. And on top of that they threaten to go to court if I return the charge they have made me, when they have defrauded me by sending me an account that is not the one I have bought. Of course, "We are not responsible if the information you put on the page is wrong."

they’re threatening to sue me for a refund that doesn’t exist. I’ve been buying from them since 2023 never really had an issue, but this year I realized how unprofessional they are. Two months ago I bought three $8 accounts, one was banned, one worked and the other didn’t exist. I joined their discord so I could get some help, none, shut down. I went on the website but they only shoved their FAQ in my face the whole time and then I finally emailed them and never got an answer back about my refund or helping me with the account.

Now they’re threatening to sue about an account in July, I bought two accounts in July. They haven’t told me the specifics, the two accounts are from different games. They threatened to sue under debt claim. I genuinely don’t know if they’re bluffing or what.

So I suggest you don’t buy from them, they used to be good and even if you get what you paid for, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them again.

He comprado muchas cuentas, la mayoría han ido tal y como deberían ir lo cual está bien... El problema viene cuando la propia página tuvo problemas, rechazó mi tarjeta y hasta ahí todo bien, sin más, no compré el producto.
Ahora me están reclamando 50 dólares o, según ellos, vamos a los juzgados. Me parece genial, buena suerte probando que me habéis dado una cuenta inexistente la cual ni me ha llegado ni quiero que me llegue ahora. No recomiendo para nada el uso de esta página, te ahorra mucho tiempo farmeando en ciertos juegos y eso está bien pero no vale la pena si te metes con gentuza. Literalmente me han llamado SCAMMER en un correo personal por no pagar algo que no debo.

Accounts never hold what they promise

Biggest issue is that I accident seemed to get money back for some accounts I bought - after they sent a threatening email immediately paid back after I found out what happened- this was months ago and now I get a new threatening email telling me to pay even though I already did months ago.

i’ve bought here a couple of times and now i regret my 5 star review.
first of all, they advertise products that you really won’t get, for example, the 700 wish genshin account, you’ll get 500 wishes or so.
they advertise their “post purchase support” which is basically non existent, first of all, the website is pretty bad itself, 1 page says the email for support is help@genshin…. and another one says support@genshin… and it’s just confusing, because i’ve sent emails to both of them and got no reply in either. they only reply in the website live chat, and they won’t help you at all.
overall, i didn’t get what i paid for.

they delete 1 star reviews from their website so make sure to read trustpilot reviews, buying here means you have a 50/50 chance of getting what you actually pay for, and if you don’t get what you paid for, they’ll just tell you shit about their refund policy and call it a day and scam you.

I purchased a account from this website and they didn't deliver as advertised.

After I emailed the support they refused to refund me for their mistake and only offered a 30% discount on my next purchase.

But why would I purchase again from them when they scammed me and refuse to correct their mistake?.

i had ordered an account on a europe server, that advertised 450 rolls, i only got 320 rolls and they tried lying their way around the rolls being the right amount and they were just distributed between fates and primogems (not true, the total was 320, not 450) the advertisement said “74.000+ primogems” meanwhile i got slightly more than 40.000.
they refused to exchange my account even though it was the wrong server and it was their mistake for delivering the wrong one, and i’m disappointed since my first experience here was pretty good. i don’t reccomend.

I bought an account a few days ago and it didnt come with a real login and then the support ghosted me completely and then i got an email today that its all my fault that the account is lost. In the end i wrote an honest review but any 1star review gets deleted on this shitty website

Quick, efficient, helpful and spot on with the accounts. Ive purchased multiple accounts for specific games and none were banned. I would advise certain games have a much stricter policy on things like this, so understand what you're buying. But my experience so far has been awesome!

Purchased an arknights account, and it was already banned as soon as I logged in to it. Tried to dispute and they basically told me to get lost, no refunds. If you ever got a working account, congrats, but considering the other reviews, there's a high chance they'll give you a banned account and you just gave these guys free money.

J'ai payé un compte Genshin Impact sur le serveur Européen. Celui qu'ils m'ont fourni étant sur le serveur Américain et malgré leur erreur sur le serveur concernant ma commande, ils refusent de changer le compte ou bien de me rembourser. Après les nombreux mails que j'ai dû leur envoyer, je dois finalement faire une contestation de paiement, le produit étant différent de celui commandé.

I bought a Genshin Impact account from genshinaccountsbay.com on August 22, 2025. The account they delivered was already permanently banned since July 18, 2025 (over a month earlier). When I contacted support, they refused to replace or refund, and instead offered me a “30% discount” on another account.
When I insisted, they sent threatening emails about “legal action” and quoted their Terms of Service, even though the account was unusable from the start. They also delete negative reviews and keep only fake positive ones, which misleads new customers.
This website sells hacked/banned accounts, lies to customers, and hides real feedback. Do not trust them.

SCAM!! Got given another account which is basically worthless (G Eternal Gundam). I paid $18.99 for a Strike Freedom account but the account did not have the stated unit.

When I said I will file for a chargeback I was threatened by them but they are criminals for misleading their item. I will file for chargeback and send everything they write to my bank - this establishment is a scam.

So far ive been pretty happy with all my purchases yes sometimes it wil be slightly off from whats advertised but never anything thats made me to upset or angry overall ive had good experiences using it

puchased 5 five star character account for 103 usd.
on site they clearly mentioned that standard banner character wont be included but i got 2 (mona and jean).
tried to contact and raise my issue but the issue was never solved. also they responded to my mails only once, i sent around 7 mails.
i regret my purchase.

They are a bunch of scammers, they sold me an account which was banned for botting and they dont reply to mails or chat, and of course they have filters on their websites so you can make a bad star review
