Genuinely one of the worst customer service I've seen in my life,they gave an account that I couldn't log in and when i asked for help they ghosted me,the "meta accounts one of a kind" most of them are just hacked accounts and when it isn't they give you a standard banner character accounts and when i got a meta account it only had one team built and it was poorly built nothing meta about it,they refuse to answer customers and they even threaten people to take down bad reviews.

While I had to wait for a bit more than 24 hours, it was well worth it. would buy again!

Took almost 2 days to get account details and then the account wasn’t even as described

I got my account that I ordered for 90k jades and 120 limited pulls but got one with 60k jades and 4 limited pulls. It also took 12 hours to arrive which isn’t a big deal but was promised within minutes/instant delivery. Also the customer service doesn’t respond to emails.

La plupart du temps je les recevaient, au bout de 10-15 heures, c'était long mais supportable. Mais il arrive des fois où je ne suis pas livré DU TOUT. Et là préparez-vous à vivre l'enfer sur terre: AUCUNE RÉPONSE POSSIBLE. que ce soit par le chat, que ce soit par mail, ces voleurs font les morts et ne remboursent ou ne font jamais aucun avoir. Fuyez.

Placed an order with them and It has been days now and I emailed them multiple times and nothing! I also tried to reach customer service and it prompts you to email them. So there is no way of reaching anyone at customer service! I paid with a credit card and do not like the fact that you send your personal info to these people and cannot contact anyone at all! Seems kind of sketchy!

ive bought from this site multiple times and it has always been good !! sometimes the accounts take a little while to arrive, but they always come with what they say and sometimes even some bonuses like an extra 5 star or a welkin! support is super helpful and quick too, if the account you bought is sold out then they offer you multiple alternatives and deliver it to you quickly <3 the only downside is that normally the characters aren't leveled at all past 20-40, so you might need to ask for help from a friend to start leveling some up !!
