Never got my product delivered, after I recalled the money via Paypal they resorted to bullying me into paying them instead of communicating with Paypal and resolving the issue through there. If you want shady customer service, undelivered products and an overall sense of “why do I have to get bullied by a business over 30 bucks on an order they failed” you should definitely shop here.

Seite liefert schnell leider falsch.
Super schnelle lieferung. Login funktioniert. Claimen wäre möglich. Leider wird scheinbar nicht immer das geliefert was bestellt wurde und Support stellt sich dann quer. Sehr schade hätte hier gerne mehrfach gekauft.

Passt auf und kauft dort keine Accounts, habe ein Account für Wuthering waves gekauft kann aber nicht über die Email zugreifen da sie gesperrt ist und die Verifizierung funktioniert nicht.
Und man bekommt auch keine Hilfe oder Antwort.

I have bought several FGO accounts and everything has turned out great they have delivered me quickly and everything in order, fair prices and also without account blocking problems

I ordered from this company, got the next to top package offered.

It said "Immediate Delivery", but I was told there would be a 2 day delay, which was fine.

After the 2 days, and the email is delivered (which after reading the FAQs I discovered youre supposed to register the email they give you to Nintendo, which I did) I tried to setup the account and found there was nothing on the account.

I reach out to support but was emailed back by "Mike" with a request to add a review (which they deleted) after not getting what I paid for.

I will be charging back to my card for lack of services rendered. DO NOT buy from this company. They keep deleting my review from their site, so Ill post it here, where they have no control.

Save your $ or shop elsewhere.

i bought an account on july 2. it has been 24 days. i see people getting their hsr accounts while i have been waiting for 3 weeks. the customer service doesn’t even respond anymore.

I've been waiting for someone to get back to me for a while, and when someone finally did it was at 2:48 am pst, I sent them a video of the issue as they had asked, and then once again radio silence. I'm a patient person, but I dislike feeling, that I am being ripped off, I just want the account I paid for, nothing more nothing less. If they don't respond, I will likely be going through my bank to see what they can do. nearly 30 hours in and only one small sentence from the support staff. I did as they asked, like I said, and silence again for the last 12 hours. This was for an Android Dokkan battle account for 11k stones, only had gotten 8077, and none of the LRs or Ur's as promised.

Paid almost 30€ for an honkai star rail account and that was on june 5th and first they kept telling me to wait a few days because they were out of accounts (while still actively selling those accounts to people) now it's the 25th and they ignore messages and emails and ignore questions and pretty much ghosted me

With an Emminence in shadow account I couldn't access, i texted them in chat, via email, didn't answer me, i posted then a review, guess what THEY CAN ACCEPT OR NOT THE REVIEWS, meaning they just post 5* reviews and delete whatever problem customers had.

It was a good experience with the support and it was true and I didn't get scammed
