Compte acheté ne correspondant absolument pas à la description, et en plus, ils mettent une éternité à répondre pour finalement m’annoncer qu’aucun remboursement ni échange avec un compte équivalent n’est possible alors que ils sont clairement en faute.

Ich habe über genshinaccountsbay.com einen Wuthering Waves Starter Account (EU) gekauft, bei dem laut Beschreibung folgende Inhalte enthalten sein sollten:

- 45.000+ Asterite
- 5★ Character Selector Ticket (ungelöst),
- Charakter-Level zwischen 5 und 30.

Nach dem Kauf und Einloggen stellte ich jedoch Folgendes fest:

Es waren nur 40.985 Asterite auf dem Account, also deutlich weniger als angegeben.

Das 5★ Ticket wurde bereits benutzt und war nicht mehr verfügbar.

Der Charakter war bereits über Level 40, obwohl etwas anderes versprochen wurde.

Ich habe den Support direkt kontaktiert und den Fall mit Screenshots belegt.
Statt einer Lösung oder einer Gutschrift bekam ich lediglich die Aussage, der Account sei „so wie beschrieben“.
Auf die klaren Abweichungen von der Produktbeschreibung wurde nicht eingegangen.

Ich habe nichts an dem Account verändert und war auch bereit, ihn im Originalzustand zurückzugeben – aber es wurde keine faire Lösung angeboten.

Angesichts dieser Erfahrung schließe ich mich den vielen negativen Bewertungen hier auf Trustpilot an:

Diese Seite arbeitet nicht transparent und geht nicht ehrlich mit Kunden um.

Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier etwas zu kaufen.

Der Kundensupport lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, man bekommt teilweise nicht mal eine Antwort und wird einfach ignoriert.

Sehr schade, dass manche „Unternehmen“ in 2025 immer noch nicht Kundenservice groß schreiben. So kann das auch nichts werden mit dem Business.

I bought an acc 5 days ago and yet i still have nothing, 50€ wasted into nothingness. The support is incompetent and stop replying after your 3rd message.

Scammed me,

I bought a genshin account for europe with 80000 primo gems,
They sent me an american server account with 50000 gems only...
Then when I told them, they said that its correct and that if I chargeback they will sue me.
And then they changed the password to the account so I couldn't access it anymore... filing a dispute with my bank.
(I have ordered multiple times from there, but this time they scammed me)

Gave me the wrong server, i emailed them they respond with an ai generated email and tell me that i cant refund, but what is there to refund when i didnt even get what i ordered. Dont recomment to buy from here at all they try to offer you a 30% discount just so you can shut up, now theyre obviously ignoring me like many others have experienced, dont buy from them.. also theyre deleting baf reviews from their site

Horrible! I bought an account months ago and I still can’t even log in! I bought it back on Jan 5th 2025 and still nothing to date

Terrible experience. They gave me an account in the wrong region with less currency than advertised — blatant false advertising. When I sent video evidence of the issue, support completely ghosted me. Seems they do this to most customers. The only reason this site has so many 5★ reviews on their website, is because they try to buy off unhappy customers with discounts in exchange for a “good” rating. I’m also pretty sure they remove negative reviews. I ended up disputing the payment with my bank, and I strongly recommend others do the same if you also receive a product that doesn’t match the description. Stay away from this site - blatant scam.

This is the worst place u could buy ur account from.I bought an eu account for $50 they gave me a banned Asian account. And they don’t do refunds or help you gat another account.

Ordered something from them and it was COMPLETELY different from what it was said to be initially, support keeps answering to me with the same things and not considering what I tell them, and they keep on saying "We checked".

So good i wasnt so confident but i got what i paid for and It was fast

Je reçois un compte AR47 sans Signa.
Bien sûr même en fournissant une preuve vidéo, ils ne répondent pas et font le mort. (Donc pas de refund, fin si mais il faut faire opposition à la banque)
Sans oublier qu'ils delete les avis négatif sur leur site ^^

Ayer compre con un amigo 2 cuentas del genshin y compramos la versión de eu y hoy nos a llegado da de américa no hemos puesto en contacto con ellos y a mi amigo le han amenazado con que si reclama o hace algo tendría problemas legales... lo primero me pueden comer la polla a si de claro no pueden tomar ninguna acción legal ya que no están haciendo algo legal y lo segundo es robo y estafa... moraleja ante la duda siempre mirar trustpilot antes de comprar en paginas nuevas para evitar estos problemas

I bought an account on the server in Europe, and they sent me one from the server in America, I asked them for the change and their response was that since the account worked they did not take care of their own mistake because "according to the policies" they are not responsible. And on top of that they threaten to go to court if I return the charge they have made me, when they have defrauded me by sending me an account that is not the one I have bought. Of course, "We are not responsible if the information you put on the page is wrong."

they’re threatening to sue me for a refund that doesn’t exist. I’ve been buying from them since 2023 never really had an issue, but this year I realized how unprofessional they are. Two months ago I bought three $8 accounts, one was banned, one worked and the other didn’t exist. I joined their discord so I could get some help, none, shut down. I went on the website but they only shoved their FAQ in my face the whole time and then I finally emailed them and never got an answer back about my refund or helping me with the account.

Now they’re threatening to sue about an account in July, I bought two accounts in July. They haven’t told me the specifics, the two accounts are from different games. They threatened to sue under debt claim. I genuinely don’t know if they’re bluffing or what.

So I suggest you don’t buy from them, they used to be good and even if you get what you paid for, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them again.

He comprado muchas cuentas, la mayoría han ido tal y como deberían ir lo cual está bien... El problema viene cuando la propia página tuvo problemas, rechazó mi tarjeta y hasta ahí todo bien, sin más, no compré el producto.
Ahora me están reclamando 50 dólares o, según ellos, vamos a los juzgados. Me parece genial, buena suerte probando que me habéis dado una cuenta inexistente la cual ni me ha llegado ni quiero que me llegue ahora. No recomiendo para nada el uso de esta página, te ahorra mucho tiempo farmeando en ciertos juegos y eso está bien pero no vale la pena si te metes con gentuza. Literalmente me han llamado SCAMMER en un correo personal por no pagar algo que no debo.
