The cup I originally ordered did not have the correct colour's that I selected.
When the supplier became aware of it, from my review, they contacted me immediately and resent another cup that was just perfect!

Exactly as pictured and described. I am in Canada and shipping was super fast from the USA. Product arrived un damaged. I had to contact support about tracking and they were extremely helpful. even followed up after the item was delivered which shocked me. Great product, Great customer support and fast shipping. I wish they sold other stuff I need!

Excellent product turned out great and she loved it but I got a order confirmation and that was it no shipping confirmation/notification and they took close to 3 weeks or a month to get here witch was fine and I’m sure COVID ugh had some to do with the shipping but I wasn’t so sure that it was still coming or not all and all great product and would order from them again

I loved the mug and so did my farrier. Due to the slow mail service because of Covid I was upset that it took so long but the arrival was worth the wait. It was perfect! I will check out the website again for gifts! Thank you for selling such a great idea of personalized products!

BEST customer service I have experienced with a personalization store! They do beautiful work, the product was EXACTLY as shown and expected. And when there was a problem, they dealt with it IMMEDIATELY, kind and professionally and fixed it/replaced it at no cost!!!! I can't recommend this website enough!!! 100% satisfied!

The color of one horse was very different from the colors offered. The sorrel color eas was a dark brown almost black.

I opened my package and discovered I had received someone else's personalized coffee mug order, but the company quickly corrected the error and shipped my order in time for Christmas. The mug was super cute and I loved that I could personalize it with my horse's names and specific colors. My veterinarian absolutely loved this gift. I would certainly order from them again.

The coffee mug arrived quickly but was damaged upon arrival(chipped and a small crack)I’m working on getting a replacement hopefully before Christmas

There was quite a bit of confusion when I placed my order. I didn't know if it went through or not. I re-ordered and sent an email asking if there were two invoices. I did not hear back. After awhile I began getting emails that the order had been misplaced asking me to re-mark my choices on the attachment. It didn't work, so I wrote back that with all this mess I would just like to cancel my order. I got an email that stated that I could not cancel and that the product was being shipped. I did finally receive the product and really love it, but I doubt that I will order from Gearcustoms again.
