Your order was cancelled at your request, and the refund was successfully processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. The timeline is as follows:
- December 31, 2025 – Refund initiated immediately after cancellation
- January 3, 2026 – Refund fully completed by our payment processor
For security and compliance reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. At no point were we informed that the card used was closed. If a card has since been closed, banks typically still receive and reroute refunds automatically — this must be handled directly with the card issuer.
We also want to clarify that we did respond to multiple emails explaining the situation and offering to provide refund confirmation or reference details to assist with the bank.
