I bought one of the “Dad Tax” mugs for my husband after the kids kept joking that he steals everyone’s fries and snacks. The customization was simple enough and I added his name underneath the design. When it arrived, the print looked clean and the mug had a decent weight to it instead of feeling flimsy. He’s been using it at his office almost every day since.

Loved these blankets!!
We gave one of the personalized blankets to every grandchild (11) this Christmas and they all loved them!! And they all seemed to grasp that when they were wrapped in the blanket they were wrapped in GOD'S Word! Thank you so much for offering this beautiful product!!

Very nice
Very nice. My wife loves it and the seller reached out several times to make sure it was perfect. I’m never one for leaving reviews and I do Not always have much faith in ordering customized items online but this blanket is Amazing! Just as described and I will definitely order again!

Shipping is a BIG problem with them.
I ordered a product which was supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. I got notification that it had shipped via USPS but when I tried to track it, it said only that a label had been created. After many contacts with the company, I finally discovered that the product was manufactured in China (which was not on their website), that it was stuck in customs, and that it finally shipped. Now they are saying that it should arrive in 7-10 business days from now. Not acceptable. I have no idea what the product will be like, but I never would have ordered had I known it was being made and personalized in China.

Never received items
I never received my items. I emailed and texted as they said to text on the webpage. I received immediate responses from "Ashley" however I think that is an AI response. I was texted and emailed back both times with the same tracking numbers from a month prior that still didn't ship yet.

Won't help with my order
Have been trying to have someone call me regarding an order for 2 weeks. All I get are generated emails. Sadly, the event this gift was for is now over.
Won't be ordering from them now.
Needs better customer service when customers reach out.
Canceling my order and shopping elsewhere. They are no good for me.
The company continually emails me a generated email to contact them at support gearcustom email
It gets me know where and no one ever gets back to me. Just an endless circle. Saying they responded through Test Pilot. Well, I am still waiting.
They want my money but won't help with my order.
I don't know why we can't talk on the phone and clear this up.

I am very disappointed in this company
I am very disappointed in this company. When I chose them it was because it said will arrive by May 11th. It was specific for Mother’s Day. Today is the 10th and the merchandise is still not even in the United States. They should have said it would ship by then not arrive! I’m very upset that I won’t have this to give as a gift. It’s meaningless next week or whenever it finally arrives. Not happy at all! I was misled. It was deceiving. False advertising.

Terrible product and customer service
Terrible. Ordered an ornament for my son who is a tatooer. Ordered on Nov25th. Just arrived today on Dec 28th. Emailed them several times trying to get a refund since it couldn’t be here by christmas. Same excuse. Blame the courier. These obviously come from overseas. Was advertised as printed on both sides. Was not. Cheap junk. Run away!! I wish it would let me add attachments to show how cheap this is. Charged me 18 bucks plus 10 to ship it! Not worth a dollar.

If I could I would make this review negative stars. Placed and paid for an order Dec. 6th…today is Dec. 26th…still not received. When I contact “customer service” they do a cop out and blame the carrier. Ok, use a different carrier. Shame on them, do better.

Diddn’t Get My order, money lost!!
Ordered a poster for My son here and payed by visa. Never got the order confirmation, money gone and no tracking number! I resived an e-Mail that My order was to be delivered in 5-5 days, but nothing arrived! I sent an e-Mail to check status, and the reply was that they do not ship to Norway, and that i would Get a refund.. never got i tho!!

WARNING: Don't buy anything from this company
Pushed the payment through when I entered a coupon code. Never had a chance to review the order or hit the submit button.
The item arrived 1 month after it was ordered, instead of the 5-7 business days promised.
The item was pure junk! Totally over-priced, misrepresented garbage! A tiny piece of plastic that cost over $20. DO NOT order anything from this company. It is a total rip off and you will be sorry!

They sent me an invalid coupon and when I tried to apply it to my order, the order went through instead. I contacted them to let them know to cancel it or honor the code and they said the code isn't valid but they will refund it to me but they never did. Whenever I sent an email asking about that, I get no response and I've sent at least 3 emails. But when I send an email asking about something else, then they respond and purposely don't respond to my question about the refund. Horrible customer service! I will never buy from them again.

ugly Christmas sweater sized wrong
I ordered a ugly Christmas sweater and it is sized wrong from the measurements on the website. It is very hard to get anyone in customer service. Finally got someone, who asked for pictures. I sent them and never heard back. Item was very cute, but that doesn't matter if it doesn't fit. I ordered a Large and got the size of a medium.
