The product itself wasn’t the main issue — it was the customer service. I contacted Gauss to complain about how a customer service rep spoke to me, and despite making a formal complaint, I never received any response. Being completely ignored is really disappointing and not what you expect from a professional company. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Bought as a present for someone who suffered with aches and pains. It was way too big and we had some difficulty using the link remover but finally succeeded. He said he liked it but I'm not sure - I hope it makes a difference - time will tell..

I ordered the bracelet for my husband for Christmas and the delivery time was amazing. I was really pleased with the quality of the bracelet and it came in a lovely gift box. I was concerned that my husband would think it a little too wide, but fortunately he loved it. He had to remove a couple of links which he managed easily.

Had the bracelet now 3-4 weeks and still doesn’t seem to be working like my old one.

This is a lovely product, from the start even the packaging has a premium look and feel to it.

I love the way it looks on the wrist and it certainly helps me with the wrist pain I’ve been suffering.

Customer service is amazing and Sam was super helpful.

I haven’t been able to write a full review yet as the person I bought the bracelet for hasn’t received it, but I wanted to share my first impressions.

When I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised — the presentation, detail, and care put into it were beautiful. The bracelet itself looks elegant and well-made, and it arrived quickly and on time. I appreciate that it’s made from copper (plated in gold), as I know copper is said to have various healing benefits.

From what I’ve seen so far, it feels like a thoughtful and meaningful gift — something that will be loved and worn often. I’ll be sure to update my review once it’s been received and worn for a while.

I had great communication with the seller and she was very honest in what she said,so I went ahead and bought a bracelet. Buying was very easy and postage was very fast. The product is top quality and they are pure copper. Well worth the money.

Can't wear as causes a rash which can happen. However after contacting Gauss Therapy they have kindly offered a full refund and even said to pass the items on for someone to try

I bought this ring due to having unexpected major emergency back surgery - I bought it for pain, nerve pains and weight loss
I’ve lost 10lb but been on bed rest and not much mobility since and I feel the pain did ease - I can’t say 💯 if it’s the ring or it’s placebo affect; but I’m sticking with it !
