If it were possible to award 10 stars, then I would do so! I am delighted with both the beautiful bracelet and ring.
The bracelet needed shortening but Demi+co soon did it for me and now it is perfect.

It was just straight forward to order and arrived in a very short time, I am happy with my purchase, thank you.

Do not order you can get the exact items from ebay for less the price and on temu. I paid £44 on something that’s not worth it at all.

Theirs no engravings on the items of the company and false advertisement on the site regarding items, the packing is cheap not what it looked like in the picture. The gift wrapping wasn’t gift wrapped.

I emailed them requesting a refund they have not given one. I told them my items received meaning the bangles metal was bubbly and looked faulty and the ring didn’t look like the same as the picture and had no engraving, it said on the website it was a exclusive, the same ring and design is on eBay and temu and it’s real copper.

Whoever’s owns the business tried to play the guilt card, saying i criticised her when i spoke very nicely , they kept saying she has a small family business yet they sent faulty items. On the site it says 30 day return or exchange which i still have not been given one and by the reply’s don’t think they will. So that’s the reason i’ve decided to do the review as i’m being ignored and the customer service is not good.

After reading your reply I would like a refund, as requested on my last two emails and not a replacement as suggested.

Wasn't happy that I didn't get the 10% discount after entering my email address. It said I was already signed up but never received the discount. Don't offer one if you're not going to give one!

When my ring arrived it was beautiful. After wearing it for about 5 weeks the silver coating started to wear off. After they finally answered my email, they agreed to replace it with a ring of my choice, which was nice.
I chose a copper one and after wearing it for a couple of days it made my finger black!!
I will never buy from them again. Poor product

First time purchasing, came across business while on Google and this business was recommended. I suffer with rynauds disease and after reading online magnetic rings can help with blood flow I thought would give a try. Uk seller, brilliant prices, postage was free as spent over £9, ring looks elegant and stylish online. Fingers crossed it helps. Look forward to receiving my order
