great quality. the tool inside the box is very handy as you just order it slightly bigger to be sure in size and take a link out!

Good bracelet for my husband but just a tad too small. He has got big hands & wrists though!

They have been brought for xmas presents so have not been given to the participants.
Delivery was swift and they were well packaged

Brought a 4 in 1 copper bracelet, but it turns out it's a base metal with a thin coating of copper which comes off easily. Am awaiting on a response before I forward a complaint to Trading Standards.
Very poor workmanship and quality

I was bought a bracelet for a present. On the first day of use I noted that whilst using my computer for a couple of hours the colour had scrapped off a couple of the links. On reporting this I was told that that would be expected if I was leaning on a desk (I think you will find that trading standard says that if you are selling a product it has to be fit for purpose!) Many of the other bracelets that I own are not damaged due to using my computer!
I was told some links would be sent out which we did not receive, in fact I doubt they actually were sent out! Customer service was not brilliant, these products do look nice but are cheap....dont waste your money!

Although the bracelet I purchased was too big and the clasp was too difficult to open and close, I returned it and received a prompt refund.

It looks really fantastic, I gave it to my husband and I'm pleased with it.
The only reason I have marked it down is because he had trouble linking it together when he first got it. Also, because of the size of the links, it doesn't fit as snug as it probably should (as its for arthritis). If he removes another link it will be too tight. He could probably have done with a "half link" if there was such a thing?

Bought 2 bracelets both were 2 links longer than anticipated but no problem to rectify all seems well when wearing them so far no problems and are lightweight you’d never know they were on your wrist
