I suffer from carpal tunnel and arthritis asked if wearing one on each wrist would help was advised it would so bought 2 which was given a deal on and definitely made a difference (had been wearing 1 for few year's) but have less pain in both hands and less cramp attacks delivery was quick and well packaged they are very lightweight due to titanium construction HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Despite what was said The bracelet I bought is way too big for my very slim wrist. It keeps slipping down no matter how tight I put it.

After buying a bracelet for my wife last year I have noticed that the copper on the underside of the bracelet has worn away, very disappointing with the quality!!

Bracelet came well packaged in a lovely box. Perfect for gift giving. I've been wearing it for roughly three weeks now, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed. Even after being worn in water, it's still in excellent condition. Unlike the copper cups I purchased around the same time. It's very elegant looking and I love wearing it. Not sure if it's a placebo but I definitely feel better. Therefore I would 100% recommend.
