From booking the car parking space to arriving back was so easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are in the process of booking another holiday next year and my car will be parked in Valet Parking. I always use them.

Parking at Long Stay South
It was a little confusing when we arrived at Long Stay South Car park, we followed signs that said spaces, but then signs saying certain areas but we were not sure if we were allowed to park there. My booking confirmation didn’t mention anything about this.
We ended up in Zone G row 29 close to Bust stop 16
Didn’t have to wait long for bus, although very busy at 1pm on 10th, we and lots of other people had to stand.
Return on 21st early hours of morning only 8 on bus.

So easy to use, highly recommend
So easy to use. Dropped off my car, handed over my keys, short wait for the bus because I'd just missed one. No hassle, no driving around trying to find a parking space, it was all done for me.
On return, bus stop number 3 was right outside the terminal building. Had about a 10 mins wait. The bus took me directly to the car park where I picked up my keys, followed by a short walk to my car.
Great service and would highly recommend.

Good parking, nonexistent phone support.
The parking part of the service went smoothly enough, but my only major grumble is the lack of communication. I had a query regarding my booking and tried calling their phone lines several times, but nobody ever answered. It is incredibly frustrating and alarming when you are trusting a company with your car while you fly and they leave you stranded without any customer support. They need to fix their phone system or hire more staff.

Another park at the Gatwick North Mid stay carpark. Nice spacious car park with wide parking bays and easy quick covered walk to the Terminal departures even without using the premium service. Very simple, quick and easy. Book online and no tickets needed to get in or out, just uses number plate recognition. Worth the little extra for a few days away.

Easy to book , Easy to find , bus stops take you directly to terminals , and knowledge that the car is safe and sound whilst on holiday , return was easy aswell , just remember to take pictures of car park zone and bus stop , car park is massive , bus drops you off where you started , Awesome and will definitely use again
