Exellant prompt service. Recomended by my jewellery tutor. Items arrived very quickly, and when I had a querie about how to attached two items the gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful and had the connector in the post to me the same day. Thank you for an exellant service.

Product failed, despite numerous emails - zero response
Having purchased a product a few months ago, with very little use it has failed. I have emailed their service department twice and twice I have been ignored. I will be escalating my complaint through PayPal seeing as though this company cannot be bothered to respond to a civil request for assistance. Do not purchase from this company

No customer contact for 2 weeks
Purchased a product in the summer (foker wokka). Was dry stores October, November and December. Used, probably 5 times and then tried to use again one of the jets isn’t working, one of the jets only works for half of its length. Emailed on the 31sr December with a video of operation. Still waiting for a reply.
