Alan showed up on time wearing protective covers over his shoes to protect my carpets. He serviced our gas fire and did such a good job that we then got our boiler serviced too.He was helpful and positive. We found this company to be reliable with good communication. Easy to book, easy to pay invoice and they send confirmation once they receive payment. Much appreciated. We would definitely recommend

It seemed to be a usual service to the combi boiler. my few questions dealt with clearly. The boiler is now 15 years old, with Scott Findlay doing all the annual services and replacing a few components about 7 years ago. So this year has been trouble free. This time, Engineer advised me to anticipate that next service might take longer. This is very helpful.

When I phoned to arrange an appointment for our boiler to be serviced the call was answered by a friendly and efficient female (unfortunately I didn't get her name). The tradesman turned up as arranged and carried out the work in a clean and tidy manner. Thank you both. I will most definitely be contacting you next year for the annual boiler service or before that if we need any other plumbing/heating work done. It's great to have found a reliable company.
