We ordered 2 garden gates, which are reasonable quality for the price. I didn't get an email to say when they were being delivered which was disappointing, but they arrived 5 days after ordering.

Lovely looking sturdy storage container and I don’t think the mice will get in, unless they can lift the lid !! One thing I would recommend is stating what should be the top and bottom of the sides. But me and my husband are not DIY’ers

Garden waterfall arrived quickly and undamaged. Set it up easily and it immediately started working. You can hardly hear the pump which is drowned out by the cascading water. It’s brilliant just to watch or just listen to. The lights especially in the evening look great and interact with the water. Well pleased with my purchase at a great price.,

Works well reflecting heat away from the house My house has lots of south facing windows and doors, so this product has been used to cover the glass on the outside using suction cup attachments bought separately and it has been a great success during the heat wave. I was looking for a new BBQ set and…
I was looking for a new BBQ set and came across this website, which had some good deals. I bought the 138CM Wide Charcoal BBQ Grill with Side Shelves. Which arrived a lot quicker than I thought it would have and well packaged.
Used it once so far and all good. Might be back to this site to pickup some other bits I have my eye on.

I love my Garden Sanctuary BBQ drum
I am not invalidating the negative reviews but I want to point that they gave me anxiety. I saw a Garden Sanctuary bbq drum on a store website but it was expensive, so I decided to buy directly from Garden Sanctuary website. I had placed my order but I did not receive any update from Garden Sanctuary after 3 days. So I checked trustpilot. Seeing more negative reviews made me believe I have been scammed. I started panicking. So I emailed their customer service and said to them that I have just read some concerning feedbacks on trustpilot but I am trying not to panic. I need the bbq drum for a garden party. They replied me that my order is on the way and they sent me a tracking link. My bbq drum was delivered and I am very happy with it. Their update or follow up system isn’t very great but they are genuine. Not having a contact number isn’t very helpful as well. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I got the bbq drum on sale.
