Metal storage boxes. Good value. Excellent delivery.
Ordered 2 storage boxes and they arrived 2 days later via DX.
I read the instructions carefully and took my time with assembly. I finished the first 600L box in 3 hours 20 minutes of leisurely work. An extra pair of hands and a 7mm 1/4 drive socket is a great help in tightening the tiny screws and nuts provided.
Very pleased with the results. The finished box is not sturdy enough to sit on as the lid may distort but I think is good value for the price.
I would recommend this item in preference over the plastic ones available.

Shocking.
Shocking, do not use.
In March 2026, I purchased bike shed. There was no information given to say the item would arrive in two separate deliveries.
Part one of the delivery arrived within a few days with no issues. But I had no communication as to when part 2 would arrive. I contacted the company who advised it would be a further 5 days.
I received notification the item was due for delivery. The item was supposedly delivered by the courier, but the image they gave as proof of delivery was not of my property.
I contacted Garden Sanctuary who eventually agreed to send a replacement. They asked me to confirm my delivery address......this hadn't changed from the address to which part 1 of the item was successfully delivered to.
I received a further delivery notification with the same issue and outcome.
At this point, I asked Garden Sanctuary for a full refund and for them to collect the part that had been delivered.
We arranged 3 dates for collection, on none of them did the courier arrive to collect as agreed.
It is now mid-June. I have still not received the item I paid for, and they have still not collected the part I have received.
I've disputed the payment with my bank as Garden Sanctuary are not fulfilling their contract with me and Garden Sanctuary are now contesting this.
Absolute pirates, steer clear unless you want them to negate on their contract.

After reviewing the order, we can confirm that the bike shed was dispatched in two separate parcels. The first parcel was delivered successfully. The second parcel was initially shown as delivered by the courier but was later reported as missing in transit. As a resolution, we arranged a replacement to be sent.
The replacement item was dispatched; however, it was subsequently returned through the courier network as an undeliverable/return-to-sender item. This was related to the logistics process rather than any action taken by yourself.
Following this, you requested a full refund and collection of the item already received. We arranged multiple collection attempts; unfortunately, these were not successfully completed by the courier on the scheduled dates.
Our last direct communication regarding this order was on 4th May, and we are currently still liaising with the courier to confirm the outcome of the most recent collection arrangement. We will provide you with an update as soon as we have further information.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this matter.

Don’t bother! Poor customer service and returns policy
I have received my order and am trying to return it- using the email address on the website and the one used to tell me I couldn’t change my order as it had been shipped( 30 mins after placing the order!)
Very slow customer service!!!
Received an offer of an £8 refund to keep it. I’ve accepted it so I can sell it on but won’t be using this company again!

poor customer service
Ordering was easy. The package arrived in good time and had no complaints until I plugged in the item. It's making a high pitched noise in standby. I sent them an email which took several days to respond to and once they did they told me this was normal. I can assure you this is not normal and it's clearly an electrical fault of some sort. I could work around the issue if a discount was issued but ideally I would like a replacement. At the moment its very difficult to get a response and its very difficult to return which would also be at my expense even though the product is faulty. I'm worried if I do manage to return this item that the refund would also be difficult to get back. I'm now stuck with a faulty product and could be out of pocket whatever decision I make. I wouldn't recommend this company. I wish I bought this product from a more reputable company at a higher price for piece of mind.

I bought an electric wall mounting fire but wish to return it as it’s not right for the room. I’m within my consumer rights.
This company are delaying the process and have just suggested I keep the “not wanted item” and they’d give me £48 to save “the trouble of returning”
The only trouble I’m having is getting them to provide the return address details so I can get a courier (at my expense) to do the job.
They are delaying so that it stretches beyond the 30 day period when a return is not possible.
Don’t buy from these people unless you are 100% sure about the item or you can afford just not to get a refund.

Before I ordered the “ wisteria vines “ I obviously read the reviews and many were saying how disappointed they were and they were not like the pictures .. well unfortunately most things in life don’t turn out like the pictures we take ( that’s why photoshopping was invented !!! ) so I sent for the vibes and so on arrival I knew excactly what I’d get .. Cheap ( because they were a lot more expensive everywhere else !! ) Colourful ( I ordered both white & purple ) plastic / durable ( excellent for outside ) vines in 2m lengths .. i have a pergola 3m x 3 m and they made such a difference .. perfect

I purchased a shed from this company… garden sanctuary
I purchased a shed from this company paid in full, when it arrived We opened the fist box to arrange the base of the shed, most of the holes for screws were out of line bad workmanship. We put the base back into the box sealed it and contacted garden sanctuary to start a return. That was 2 months ago and still I have the damaged shed. I am receiving Ai responses repeatedly every time I send a message or photo the same response comes back. This is turning into a shambles I have offered to asccept half the value of th shed to save them organising a pick up but once again deaf ears and the same AI responce blah blah blah

We have acknowledged the issue with the screw hole alignment and have been consistently responding to your messages to work toward a resolution. While there was a short delay over the weekend, we have not ignored your case, and all replies have been handled by our support team.

Artificial Wisterias
I ordered two lots of artificial wisterias, 12 each of purple and white which look beautiful on a backdrop in my garden. They were easy to order and dispatched and delivered in very fast time, they arrived well packaged and in perfect order. Faulty goods sold - no replacement!
I purchased a parasol umbrella from this company last month which was faulty. I have sent photos and a video of the faulty product and they are refusing to help. They were helpful until I advised the product was fautly and then it went dealty silent and not responding to emails! Worst online company I have ever dealt with - don't go near them!

ace little shelving unit
Very happy with the 4-tier bamboo shelving unit, bought for a tight space at the head of my bed, for bedside lamp, books, specs etc easy to assemble with everything supplied including one (!) sweet little glove to protect aging hand, i guess. Good shed, a little bit of messing round
Bought a garden shed with exact measurements I needed. Not much communication about the delivery, and arrived within a week. Unfortunately the measurements on the box, did not match what I ordered. After a few emails back and forth, we discovered it was the correct product. This delayed assembly and was inconvenient but customer service was good and they treated me fairly. Happy ending and it's exactly what I wanted, smart, right size and will take 2 to assemble!

Would give it a 0star rating if I could. Ordered a shed with 24hour express delivery. Received 1of 2 boxes about a week later. Got the second box covered in paint with holes in it two weeks later. Complained, which is hard work. No number and takes forever for a response and was told a new part would be sent. Today I’ve waited in and now received a raised planter. NOT THE PART I WANTED. Now I have 3 large boxes blocking my garden access and I’m sat waiting for them to sort it out. They even wanted me to get rid of the damaged box of shed. Two man lift, too big for my car. Come and collect it you clowns!
