Do exactly what a good company should keep you informed of delivery to the exact hour, communication is brilliant, table & chairs good quality & sent a few extra screws just in case which is nice to know , looking forward to garden storage definitely trying these guys before any garden centre or DIY store first from now on. Delivery £4.99 very reasonable. Hope it stays that way.

Purchased a water fountain which wasn’t…
Purchased a water fountain which wasn’t the correct one so I asked to return the item to which I was told I would have to pay return fees and the offered my 10 pound instead of returning
To which I replied and said I paid nearly 50 pound so would rather pay postage and get more money back from refund
They have now not replied to any of my emails I’ve emailed numerous times asking for return details and no response so I have contacted my bank for help in resolving this
Awful company zero communication and will never be using this site again and I’ll be making sure others are warned before ordering from this scam site

I received the Barbecue yesterday, Assembled it and loving it.
Strong and full of great looks and features, especially height adjustment of charcoal tray .
For £100 a bargain. Would love to buy another one to gift it to my family members.

Purchased this online - arrived within 3 days of placing the order. On opening the box, it was self assembly, so to work i went. Filled the instructions to the letter and it was assembled perfectly. I love the 2 tier food tray and the ability to raise the coals when cooking. I also love the thermometer on the lid and the bottle opener on the front. This was so easy to clean and the lower tray can be removed to enabled the clearing of coals. The side tables feel solid when put into place and I feel confident when I put food tray on these small tables.
If I had to find one thing I did not like..... the grease on one side of the cooking area leaks down onto the path...not sure if this is to do with assembly, or the design. Either way, great BBQ & would definitely recommend
