Great customer service
Had an issue with our new bed but this was resolved within less than 2 hours, which included Ollie at Furniture World liaising with the manufacturer!
What service! Cannot imagine any other furniture company being so responsive.

Exceptional Service
I phoned Redruth FurnitureWorld this morning as a problem had developed with my Dublin swivel chair. The problem was referred to Truro where I had originally bought the chair 14 months ago. By early afternoon I had a call from James who then visited my address. He sorted out some new parts and fixed the problem. There was no call out charge. This was exceptional service. Your prompt, efficient response has been second to none. Thank you FurnitureWorld.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, different stories told depending who you speak to. Product advertised as immediate dispatch, almost a month later and nothing, none of the staff can confirm if they have even received the product from the supplier. I would not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, Matt initially reached out on chat when I was browsing and promised to contact me re my query the next morning. He did exactly that, price matched, advised on matching nest of table options and supported me over the phone to place our order. He was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Can’t wait to receive our new Orla Kiely furniture, thanks Matt.

First class service from Matt in the…
First class service from Matt in the Truro store. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, not the least bit pushy or spouting sales hype. We shopped around for our bed purchase and we decided that Matt’s technical input and financial authority over price meant that spending over £5000 on a bed from Furniture World was the way to go.
We are renewing other bedroom furniture later in the year and will go back to seek Matts help.

Excellent service and quality throughout
From walking in to the showroom to the delivery of my beautiful sofa, I received excellent customer care and help throughout. I appreciated Kelen’s help when I was deciding which sofa and then the swatch choices arrived in good time. I was very pleased to learn Furniture World carry out a free practice run to make sure the furniture fits through the doorways. Delivery dates were well organised and when the sofa arrived, they were friendly and helpful. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, the material is gorgeous and the sofa is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend Furniture World in Redruth.

Shocking Customer Service
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with both the handling of my order cancellation and the shocking customer service I received.
After asking for a cancellation, I was told that the transaction was cancelled, but there was no refund available because the PayPal payment “didn’t come through.” This response from Zia is completely misleading, as I have verified that the payment was processed successfully. When I attempted to discuss the situation further with your team over the phone, I was met with hostility, argumentative responses, and a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. I was even asked if I had “put a stop on my payment,” which is not only inappropriate but unprofessional.
My payment remains un-refunded and it’s deeply concerning that your company is pretending not to have received a valid payment. I’ve had to deal with an unpleasant and frustrating experience when trying to communicate with your customer service team, and I am left feeling both disregarded and disrespected.
I would highly advise potential customers to be cautious when considering doing business with FurnitureWorld. The lack of professionalism, dishonesty about payments, and outright disrespectful treatment of customers is inexcusable.
I sincerely hope that no one else has to go through what I have, as this has been a truly negative experience.

George – we are sorry that you feel our customer service is below par. As per your request your order (placed over this weekend) was cancelled first thing on Monday morning. The PayPal account used to pay was not in your name but your company name which you refused to provide in order for us to refund you. Our team were not incompetent or unhelpful and neither was anyone rude to you – we just needed to know the account name you had made the payment under so we could refund the same - I think you’ll find that its standard practice for any business to do this. If a stop is put on a payment we are unable to refund – you had put a stop on your payment with PayPal and we couldn’t sort your refund immediately because of this. After speaking with PayPal we refunded your money.
Our team operate to high standards and we always go the extra mile to ensure we provide excellent customer service. You were both rude and disrespectful to two members of the team when you were on the phone to them. We are a well established respectable company and don’t accept your review as a true reflection of what happened this morning.
You cancelled your order, and your money was refunded within a couple of hours of your request.
Sofa with Modular pieces
Bought a Modular sofa that I could not sort out online.
Don Johnson at the Plymouth branch sorted it out in a matter of minutes with the right pieces right colour and the correct firmness. Excellent service at this branch I would deal with them again.

Good customer service
Went to look at mattresses at Plymouth Furniture world and was greeted politely by a salesman called George we explained what we were looking for and he went through the range with us. He left us alone to discuss between my wife and i but was helpful when we needed to ask some questions to help decide what we needed. He explained the delivery time and we bought a mattress. Thankyou George for all your help. Bought furniture from here before xmas and was given good service then as well.

I ordered on the Wednesday and two days later it arrived extremely well packed
