Slechte service, geen klantenservice reactie. Alleen het contactformulier. Afspraken die niet nagekomen worden; geen gratis sample, geen gratis washbag

I ordered and they sent me the wrong product after I received I was utterly disappointed Don’t be fooled by the luxurious look of the bottle. I bought cloudh nine although the smell is really nice literally you can’t smell it after 30 mins! The longevity and quality are not worth it at all! First and last buy!!

I ordered a set of 2 perfumes more than one month ago. It was apparently supposed to come towards the end of April but was never even out of delivery. After reaching out to the delivery company, I was told to contact the seller directly so they can start an investigation. So I contacted Fugazzi - one week no response. So I decided to contact them for second time, using a sweet message about how I love the brand (I actually do love their fragrances, I already own some). To that they responded within few days saying they will start investigation with their warehouse. Since then, no word, no email, no refund, no package. This is really disappointing because I really do enjoy the fragrances but their customer service just ruins the experience.

Al een aantal keer een bestelling gedaan. 2x de discoveryset, welke snel geleverd waren met een gratis douchegel. Handige optie om je favoriete geur uit te zoeken. Door de 45 euro refound krijg je eigenlijk je discoveryset zowat gratis bij het kopen van een parfum 50ml of forse korting op de 100ml!
1x parfum nr 01 gekocht, heerlijke geur met de 45 euro refundkorting vanuit de discoveryset! 2e keer opnieuw de discoveryset hierbij ging de refund fout. Na mailcontact bleek er een fout te zitten in de website. Ze waren hier eerlijk over, het oplossen duurde een aantal weken maar ze bleven in goed contact. Uiteindelijk is het goed opgelost door de parfum (Cloudh Nine) eerst te kopen en in een dag werd de refund alsnog terug gestort op mijn rekening. Cloudh Nine ook een fantastische geur, ik krijg er veel vragen en complimenten over. Ik raad Fugazzi zeker aan!

Ordered a sample of Passionfroudh, marked as delivered, never turned up, tried to contact Fugazzi multiple times no response. No social media contact, just web form or email. Gonna have to do bank chargeback all over a £5 sample.

Placed my order for a discovery set, received an email saying that I should have received it by now and that I now had only 23 days left to redeem my voucher. Keep checking the tracking information and it only shows the shipping label being created meaning it’s been 4 business days at this point and my order is just sitting there and not getting shipped. I emailed the customer service asking about it and if the voucher timeline was going to be extended since I haven’t received my order yet and they never got back to me. So far one of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. Don’t think I would by from them any more.

Klantenservice is niet bereikbaar, mijn order is niet geleverd en geen antwoord na 3 contactformulieren.
Probeer ergens telofoon nummer vinden, niks, die bestaat niet... Nooit meer iets daar bestellen, slechtste klantenservice ever.

Parfum besteld en na 3 weken nog steeds niet ontvangen. Klantenservice reageert nauwelijks en steeds pas na aantal dagen. Geen antwoorden op mijn vraag, geen excuus en geen geruststelling dat ik mijn parfum ga ontvangen. Geen oplossing en nu alweer 3 dagen stil. Geen telefoonnummer om iemand te spreken, via social krijg ik een ander ongeldig mail adres als tip. En dat voor parfum van €145,- die je nu overal voorbij ziet komen.

Thanks for your message fugazzi, but that email adress is out of order. “Dit email adres is niet meer actief en wordt niet langer gebruikt. Uw bericht wordt daarom niet in behandeling genomen”.

Overall, I had a good experience with Fugazzi. My first order, a discovery set, arrived without any issues and was nicely presented.

With my second order, I requested a cancellation shortly after placing it. It took customer service around two days to reply, which could be improved, but they handled the cancellation correctly and confirmed the refund.

Good experience overall, with some room for improvement in response times.

Very disappointing experience with Fugazzi Fragrances - I would not recommend them.

Free shipping was advertised at checkout, and the order confirmation clearly stated 0 fees and charges. Despite this, I was later hit with unexpected DHL import fees in Switzerland amounting to around 50% of the order value.

Customer support was unresponsive and unable to explain these charges, and emails sent to their advertised contact address even bounced back.

Overall, a lack of transparency and poor support. I will not order from them again and cannot recommend this online shop to others.

After GLS messed up the delivery, the assistance provided me a new expedition. I also asked them if they could send another parfum which I loved from their discovery kit instead of the one I previously ordered (same price), and they accepted. This time the delivery was flawless. About the parfumes, nothing to say: they’re amazing.
Thank you for resolving the problem, I hope you can change your delivery shipping company it’s not the first time I have several problems with GLS

Ich habe online ein Parfüm bestellt und leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Das Paket kam bereits beschädigt und offensichtlich von GLS nachverpackt bei mir an. Direkt bei Erhalt habe ich den Inhalt überprüft – das bestellte Parfüm hat komplett gefehlt.

Ich habe umgehend den Kundenservice von Fugazzi kontaktiert und den Vorfall geschildert. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen habe ich bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Für mich absolut unverständlich und enttäuschend.

So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist nicht akzeptabel, vor allem bei einem offensichtlich problematischen Versandfall. Aktuell wirkt das Ganze leider sehr unseriös und lässt bei mir einen klaren Scam-Verdacht zurück.

Ich würde hier definitiv nicht nochmal bestellen.

I've received two discovery packs, two years apart, both arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I found fragrances that were very appealing and suited me well. I had no problem using the code to order my chosen perfume, and again, it arrived in good time. I've worked in the perfume business and I think most of the Fugazzi fragrances are beautifully created and highly wearable.

5 sterren vanwege het enige lekkere geurtje: Santa Monica!!!
2 sterren voor de Samples. Ik heb de samples besteld maar ik vind het voornamelijk mannelijke geuren ( Angel Dust, Parfum 1, Thirsty, cash Flower) 1 sample geur wel besteld maar niet gekregen (orange crush). Daarvoor een extra Angel Dust. Dat is jammer. Ook de Angel Dust shower is geen frisse vrouwelijke geur. Ook mannelijk.
Maar ieder zijn smaak gelukkig. Ik ben heel erg blij met de Santa Monica, fris, beetje poederachtig en heel vrouwelijk. Snelle bezorging. Binnen5 dagen en dat is prima. GLS was alleen veel later dan gepland en die tijd passen ze niet aan in de track & trace.

Gave two friends two discovery sets. Ofcourse only one got the nice packaging other had loose testers. Anyway still gave it, but of course the code doesn’t work. I have emailed so many times, I think honestly it’s just an AI emailing me, but still not receiving my code. So DONT gift it too your friends, codes only work with email you buy they code from, plus if you buy two sets you still only get 1 voucher. Horrible service (again I think it’s just an AI)

Do not be fooled by the glossy aesthetics. Behind the "niche fragrance" facade, Fugazzi hides dishonest business practices.

1. The "Hidden Tax" Trap:

They fool you with "free shipping" and a checkout explicitly stating "Including CHF 0.00 in taxes". In reality, they ship in a way that triggers massive fees. I ended up paying CHF 29.55 in duties for a CHF 75.00 order. That is nearly 40% of the order value in hidden costs! Even DHL confirmed that Fugazzi, as a professional brand, is responsible for informing its customers of these predictable taxes.

2. Harassment Marketing:

Once they have your data, the spam bombardment begins. I receive 2 to 3 promotional emails every single day and non-stop ads on my social feeds. They are incredibly aggressive when pushing you to buy, yet they remain silent for at least 2 weeks when you reach out for client support.

3. Terrible Customer Service:

Their response was cold, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge their lack of transparency. A true luxury brand values its customers enquiries.

That is to say... First and last purchase! 😡👎🚫

This review is not for Fugazzi perfumes but for their horrid customer service. I placed an order for a discovery set on March 6th, they shipped it on March 9th and then I watched the package just circle and circle the same cities across NJ and NY until March 24th, until it just went back to the seller. When I contacted them to let them know, they really didn't acknowledge that this was not acceptable, nor did they even care. They just asked me if I wanted them to reship my order and I said yes not knowing some of the samples I had requested were also no longer available. So on March 26th, they shipped my package again using the same brutally awful shipping company (USPS) It is now April 5th and the package is doing the SAME thing, bouncing back and forth between various NY cities. I am not in the US but this is not the issue as both times it has cleared customs. I reached out to the company again this time wanting a full refund because clearly this package is not getting to me. It may just be sample sizes but I still payed $75 which is a lot of money to me and extremely frustrating to watch a package just circle for over a month. They may not be doing the shipping but as a company they should be taking some kind of responsibility. At the very least they should be making some kind of attempt to figure out what is going on with the package or they should have used a different shipping company the 2nd time. I live in Canada and in the 4+ weeks that I placed this order I have placed and received about a half a dozen other orders that came from the US, so they cannot blame the issue on that. At the end of the day this company just not care about giving any kind of service or if their product even reaches the customer. So no product received and no refund either.

I’ve ordered several times from fugazzi website, including a discovery kit, the website works extremely well and has been thoroughly thought out with the user ease in mind. My voucher worked and gave me money off my second purchase. Each time I’ve ordered I’ve received a free gift. The purfumes are high quality and well considered I’ve personally not had a problem and therefore have no hesitation in recommending order from fugazzi directly or one of their distributors like Sephora. My favourite fragrance is cash flowers but they’re all interesting and worth a try !
