Frame USA Arvostelua

This is my first time using Frame USA and it was a great experience. Phone help was great in helping to decide which frame. Frame is very reasonably priced and the quality is very good. The shipping fees, IMO, were a bit high, but even with that included the price was great. I would definitely use them again.

I ordered multiple frames and requested the styrene instead of glass for every frame. I received exactly what I ordered!

Overall, I am satisfied with my order. The larger 27" x 41" poster size has some challenges to begin with. The frames were shipped very well and came in great shape. The challenge is to put the edges back on the poster without destroying the edge of the poster itself. If I had a suggestion would be to add 1/4'' inch around the edges. Also the hook for hanging could be a little stronger, but it is serviceable.

The website experience and choices are great. The products delivered (frame, mating, etc.) are top notch. The finishing touch was a disappointment. Finished frame with printed picture had spots all over the glass, the pic and mating were disoriented, not secure. We had to disassemble the finished products, clean the glass and secure the pic and mating, and reassembly for all five frames. Obviously, the workers were in a hurry, lacked training or didn't pay attention to detail.

Frame is beautiful. It arrived on time as expected. I will be purchase more frames.

Very quick shipment and while one of the frames was damaged, the customer service took my matter right away.

Exactly what I ordered, packed very well. Arrived in perfect condition

Fast shipping, and great price – except for the shipping which seemed high. Maybe it's where new shipping prices are now. But the web experience was great.

Very quick and helpful when I received a damaged frame to replace it

Thank you. They are lovely

This is a fantastic resource for framing. I won't choose any other website for my ordering.

Easy to order but 3 of the frames were damaged during shipping.

I am a repeat customer with Frame USA, and as with all my orders, this was filled out, packaged well and shipped rapidly. In every way and in every order I've placed with them, Frame USA has always been the best quality. Definitely two thumbs up!

I wanted to buy a couple of frames with nonstandard dimensions. Looked in a lot of other places but Frame USA was the site that offered the most variety of options, especially accounting for nonstandard dimensions. Customer service was responsive, friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others and come back should I need more frames.
